ATTENTION! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Let me start off by saying that I am plumber so I know what I'm talking about. I got a call from an old clients son asking me if I installed a water softener in his mom's house. I couldn't recall so I told him I wasn't sure as I have done many. He told me that this company came in and told his "SENIOR" mom and dad that their softener was old "2005"and not working. They charged her over $5000.00 to remove and install a new one (about a hour of work). I called my old company and found that I had installed one 8/2020. I have spoken to other companies and got rough quotes of 2k for this work. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS WHAT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SENIOR CITIZEN IS AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.. I have spoken to the clients and suggested they take legal counsel. I have the invoice on my install and theirs.

We had a great experience with our insulation. They took pictures and showed how poorly our coverage was in our home. Very pleased with the services! Highly recommend

Last December This company installed a new furnace in my home. It did not work properly from day one, and the installer knew it wouldn’t…he said to wait a few days to see if it would heat my home before I called to complain! Complain I did, every week for FOUR MONTHS. And every week someone would come and do something to try to fix it, but NOTHING they did worked. The upstairs temperature was usually 5 or 6 degrees hotter than downstairs, and I had to get a small heater to be able to sit at my diningroom table. Finally I asked for a refund/removal of the units, and they agreed. However, when it came time to do the refund/removal, they stalled. Now it is summer, the air conditioner is doing the same thing…up to 8 degrees difference between the upstairs and the downstairs! I am extremely unhappy with this company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They do not stand behind their products or their word.

Ricky and Brent made our day!! With it being a holiday weekend, Fetch-a-tech came through to replace our AC units! They were upfront, honest, and did everything possible to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Friendly, fast, and very affordable, Fetch-a-tech is A1 and we highly recommend! Jimmy was awesome too!! Fast and informative during and after the process Rodriguez. Finishing out with Chris Apollo, professional and very fast. Everyone whom we’ve had from Fetch-A-Tech has been amazing, we can’t thank you enough.

Our AC went out and they had to replace our whole unit. Jesus and Jimmy were amazing. They showed up almost an hour early and got us back up and running in a few hours. Couldn't be more grateful!

Phil was incredibly competent and just told the truth, straight ahead. HVAC challenges are expensive, and that is always a challenge. Just getting the necessary information and a clear bottom line cost allowed us to move ahead to making decisions without added confusion around the guts of what really needed to happen.....and he was early, professional, and efficient.

Colton took the time to explain how my particular 20 year old AC and furnace work as one and it would save $2,000 by replacing the entire thing. Now, I currently have a warranty and I was going to wait till it broke down knowing that the warranty company would probably bandaid it over and over. By that time units will be 3 x as much. Just 2 years ago it was $9k. The price keeps going up. I got a good finance deal and will probably pay it down in 5 years instead of 12. Ask for Colton Texas born and a retired combat vet -marine. Called because of a service check mailer. They wanted about $400 to replace a $50 anode in my water heater, and $40-60k to replace my air conditioning units— both of which by the way, were working despite being very old until the (sales) technician came. He let out the Freon from my upstairs unit (I watched it happen) so fortunately had the common sense to get a second opinion the very same day. The Freon was completely let out in a very noisy and visible manner when he broke the seals attempting to measure it (although frankly I can’t trust anything from that visit, in hindsight.) Edit: I have since had my system tested *properly* for leaks using nitrogen, and no leaks are present. Which means he let out over $1000 of Freon, rendering my system useless in the summertime, which was working fine last summer. The ductwork however is not well insulated anymore in parts of the attic, which explains why the master bedroom wasn’t cooling efficiently. Something that he didn’t bother to check because he didn’t even go in that part of the attic, unlike the honest company I hired since. He also tried to tell me that my downstairs unit was broken and that the previous owners must have scammed me— despite the unit blowing cold air right in front of us. Fortunately, amazon prime delivers same day and I got myself a laser thermometer to verify that the 20 degree differential from my own use and home inspection was in fact not a fragment of my imagination. He pointed out many other “problems” which I have since had validated were in fact not problems at all, which explains why when I texted him a follow up thank you note and request for the main issues to be sent to me in writing, he never replied. I will absolutely not be hiring Fetch a Tech for any future services and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately apparently there are many sales-focused morally questionable businesses like this in the industry here, from what I have since learned. To all women reading t

My technician Ethan was professional and very personable. He explained everything clearly and showed me the problem areas that we needed to have fixed. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. I was very pleased with my fetch-a-tech experience. And Ethan is an A+ technician with great patience and took his time to explain everything to me. Great Job and I’m glad I went with this company 😊
