I used this company 6/2016 and they were great if you have warranties with this company know that they are not there for you now this company has been sold and the say they did not get the paperwork and are not honoring anything now. They are over priced and techs don't know what they are doing even to diagnose the units so I would not trust them in my home again. (The Tech said he could not get to the unit to diagnose it. and it would be $1799 just to leak test the system when you can purchase a complete unit for between $3000 - $6000 these companies are just ripping people off) I want to say thank you so much to my team of experts that came to my home during record breaking weather. We moved into a foreclosed home and I ordered an AC unit but needed to change the coil to match the unit and also the change from r22 to r410a. Robert came in yesterday and said this is what would be best but we will do what you would like. He did not try to upsell me and he reassured me I had done my homework and knew what I was talking about. We needed a 4 ton unit I ordered a 2.5 ton unit and he did not push me into something I did not need. I had a rep in my home the very next afternoon and I have AC tonight and it is wonderful. Call this company if you want hard working and honest people to come to your home. They will do the best for you. Thank you you all are my angels
Horrible service and worst service i've ever had in Las Vegas. Waited all day for someone to come out and give us a quote for a tankless water heater at our private home office residence and they refused to give us a quote. When i asked the technician to explain to his boss that we are a private residence, he refused and left. Very unprofessional service. Do not use.
I set up a time to have someone come and give me an estimate the time frame was between 10-12. . They didn't call or show up. When I called they explained there was an emergency and he would be late. I got no calls afterwards.
Very happy with service they provided, honest, reliable they went way out of their way for me! Wonderful company would recommend to all in fact I have. Very reasonable prices and their worker Juan drove all the way back to tell me they give military and senior discounts. Linda S
Due to my playing with my cutoff valve my water pressure dropped to a trickle. I called for a plumbing inspection and it was set up for the next day. David arrived promptly the next morning. I showed him what I had done. It was an easy fix for the "ruggedly handsome" plumber with a great haircut. (as much as can be seen around a mask;) David completed the plumbing inspection, explaining his actions. I had planned to replace the innards of one toilet and asked about him doing it. He inspected the toilet and informed me he could do it but, due to the age and condition of the toilet (original to house 1979, tank not secure) the probability existed of creating additional problems. An option of a complete replacement of the toilet and all fixtures associated with it was provided. I chose the replacement since it would eliminate a lot of work for me. David arrived this morning, promptly and efficiently installed the new toilet. He had no issues in allowing me to observe the process. David (ruggedly handsome plumber with a great haircut) did an excellent and very clean installation. Will definitely call when I replace the next one.

I will give you a unbiased opinion of my rating and poor services by your company. I received copies of invoices for Services performed while under a whole house maintenance program with Priority Services of Las Vegas. I am posting this for a senior with Dementia who is unable to speak for herself. In late August 2019 I became aware that my long time friend was unable to live or make reasonably decisions and talk on her own. My first encounter with this priority service agreement was on while I was present on 9/18/18 Stan recommended to repace weak capacitor. No estimate on the invoice asked to decline because it was a $23 item that would have cost hundred's to merely snap in. She was diagnosed in July of that year. 1/9/19 Reek or Rock replaced Thermostat Battery upstairs or downstairs. The upstaired T-Stat was showing any readings in 8/20? 7/16/19 Sean C. Replace washing machine hoses $91. 7/31/19 Sean C again replace Wash Machine Box with valves $776. Time of a new washing machine yet?? 7/8/19 Sean C. whole house health and safety inspection or more things to find or go wrong (SEE DATES ABOVE). Water Heater Flush No Charge two other items can't make out $671 for that visit. 8/19 Water Heater exploded at the base water gushing from bottom. The Water Heater a direct vent was under warranty 5 1/2 years.it should be noted this was one month after the flush. Rust in pipes of house was this a coincidence. 6-8 weeks or more to have a replacement delivered. Called Priority Services along with 2 other estimates for install. Shawn Neill wrote a estimate from his book $939. This was $200 more than other vendors. I stopped the monthly services for her after that date. I would never recommed Priority Services to any Senior who knows nothing about repair services for plumming, electrical or the cost of replace rather than repair. Called them at 6:30 AM, left a message about AC out. Had return call at 7:12 AM, techs arrived & repaired unit and had cold air by 11:45 AM. Techs very polite & knowledgeable, didn’t try to sell me unnecessary new unit like some another companies do. Highly recommend this company.

Your tech told my wife that the air filters we are using are not good because there is a gap. He said that the paper ones from Home Depot are best for us. Up until last year we always used the ones from Home Depot. Your tech convinced us to buy the ones we have now from you. They were expensive. If they’re no good then we feel that we got screwed by your tech. He probably didn’t know that we bought them from you. I wasn’t there when the tech showed up so I couldn’t discuss this issue with him directly. I want some action. Probably my money back
The tech arrived within his projected time. He took time to answer our questions and resolved a problem with a solution we weren’t even aware was available to us. Used this company for many years, on different properties, and always reliable.

Had 3 companies look at the clogged sewer line problem. Jason was the only one who had the proper tools to give me an accurate assessment of the totality of the problem up front. Others were so far off I couldn't even begin to tell you. Jason's estimate was very fair for the work they had to do and he got it done in a very professional manner. If you have to choose, choose Jason & Priority Services!
Original job has not been completed and it started last July. Martin is excellent but at this point we are considering legal action unless this is fixed in the next week. Still not fixed now my problem is getting the right shark (lawyer) to go after Priority
I’m very happy with Priority Services and have been a customer for years. We experienced some issues that were resolved as quickly as they could be...I’m waiting for the minor pending drywall issue I have now to also be resolved but I’m confident that Heidi will make sure this is taken care of. Martin (lead installer) was great! Caring and efficient.
Bobby Garcia, was fantastic, he arrived early, asked me what did i need and I explained my problem with the heater, and he got to work immediately. He diagnosed the problem, informed that he had to get the parts and would come right back and installed vinter motor. He did everything professionally, and with extreme competence. If you need help with your AC or heater call Priortiy Services and ask for Bobby !!!
Rick was on time and very helpful. I am using them to install my new AC system! Sean inspected my plumbing. He gave me a lot of good information about maintaining my water heater as years go by. Sean was on time, very polite and helpful in every way when I asked him questions. This is exactly the kind of employee you want representing your company.
I just had Martin out hear another fantastic employee went Far and Beyond to complete his job and to let me know everything that was going on with the furnace. I really feel like this is a great company wish I would have found them a long time ago thank you for your great service
I am fuming at the craftsmanship priority did on my air conditioning and heating. Do not use them they are not qualified to put air filters in. I've had two different companies fix things that they installed. Can't believe they're still in business.
