A friend of mine recently used FAA and referred me to them. I originally requested Sam, since my friend had a great experience with him. Unfortunately, since it was already 8 at night and my AC had just gone out, the only available tech was Mike. I was not disappointed. Mike was not only on time, he was professional, courteous and competent. Sadly, my AC blew, it was old, and had a good run. I needed a new one. Nobody likes having to make large purchases, especially when its been one thing after another for you. I was very surprised on the price for the quality of equipment. I was quoted a lot less than anticipated. Best part, they offered financing. Angie in the office was an absolute Gem. She made everything so easy and answered any questions I had. I felt we here long time friends after all conversations. I did get to finally meet Sam as well. Everyone from Mike, Angie, Sam and the techs that came to install, were just amazing and friendly. I will go no further than FAA for anything to do with my HVAC.

Worked on 4th of July and the whole day. Finished on time and with no real issues. Hard working crew. After getting multiple bids they came out on top! Would highly recommend the company.
Rick was the tech who came to our home. He did a great job. Very nice and friendly to me and my dogs. He was prepared with masks and shoe covers as I requested. After our home warranty said they would not fix your air conditioner we called Fast Affordable Air. They had us on the schedule for the next day. The repair man showed up on time and was able track down the problem in just a few minutes. It was almost more expensive to fix than it was to replace. We bought a new Rheem heating and ac from them. We are very pleased with how well it works so far. If you're looking for honest and dependable air conditioning services, we recommend this company.
The heat was working fine until we had a new stove installed. We didn’t notice it right away. So after the sun went down so did the temperature. Fast affordable Air showed up first thing the next day and found the problem and found a gas leak. Everything was fixed and working again for $79. Fast Affordable Air lives up to teir name.
After a weeks of back and forth with our home warranty we called them to get a breakdown of what was needed to make our heat work again. James was in the attic for about 20 minutes. He came down with a list of problems that someone had created. Suffice to say we were not happy. He gave us an estimate but mentioned that there may be more problems once everything is back together and he could run more tests. He predicted it. The heat turned on but wouldn’t stay on for long. There were other issues. James fixed everything the next day and the heat is still working. We are customers for life.
Our regular ac company told us it was time to replace our heating and air conditioning then told us the price. We decided to get a second opinion. Fast Affordable Air came out and gave me a free estimate. They went over each brand and option they install. We decided on the Bosch 20 SEER. It was nearly the same price as the other estimate for the 14 SEER. Thank you Angie for your help to make this happen.

You don’t need a heater in Vegas right… Wrong! It was sooo cold in the house when I got home from work. I thought someone shut my thermostat off. No such luck. My heat was not working. I called Fast Affordable Air and they were here at 6 pm sharp. My heat was working again by 7 pm and the house warmed up 5 degrees in just a few minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the price. Max was a lifesaver.
