Fast Affordable sent their people out and fixed the unit for $79. Aaron took the time to explain everything so that I could easily understand. Very grateful for all the help.
Jay and his people saved my bacon this month. Our property management company recommend Fast Affordable Air when the air went out this summer. They told us what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. It was expensive so we got another estimate that came in a little lower. Now the company that did the work isn’t answering the phone. We called Fast Affordable Air and they set out Jay the same day. He fixed the problem and sent us pictures before and after. These are good people. I will use them from now on and recommend them to others.
Fast Affordable has been my go to AC contractor for 4 years. They are reliable and quick to service all of my properties.
What a mess the last guy made of my air conditioner. A bunch of wires had been pulled off so there was no way it could be fixed. I was going to need to buy a new air conditioner. Fast Affordable came to the rescue. It took over an hour but the air was restored. They also gave us a quote to replace the entire heating and cooling system with a new Rheem and the quote was almost $4000 less than the first company. The new stuff was installed last Saturday and it is so much better than the old system. Thank you Mike and the people at fast affordable air for being honest and not pressuring me to buy something.
My heater stopped working for the most part. Spoke to Ardie on the phone for about 20 minutes and she walked me through how to diagnose my own AC. It turned out that it was an easy fix. Didn’t need anyone to come out. Never heard of any AC company being this helpful to someone that never paid them. Thank you very much. When I do need someone to fix my AC I know who to call.
We started using Tom’s group in June of 2020. They are so courteous and careful and were very understanding with our special requests. We love the new system and the air purifiers. They have made such a difference with my children’s allergies. Thank you for walking us through this tough time. We are customers for life.

If I could leave this company 10 stars I would. They have been a lifesaver. Another company told us we had to replace our heating and cooling in our home at a cost of $15,000. Fast Affordable Air was here the next morning and got the heat working for $300. Wow! what a lifesaver.

4 years ago Fast Affordable Air installed a new Rheem air conditioner on my house. Our heat stopped working on our other a/c so we called them out again. Dan came out the same day and got the heating working but told us it may not stay working long. He was right. Fast Affordable replaced our other unit Saturday and gave us a great deal. Big shout out to Angie for all her help and for coordinating things so quickly.
After a week in the hospital, I get to come home to a freezing cold house. It’s 4 pm and getting colder. I contacted a few companies and Fast Affordable Air was the first to get someone to my house. Jay worked so diligently for almost 2 hours and finally got the heat on and working. He found a few problems, so he came back the next day and took care of them. Jay and the ladies at Fast Affordable Air are wonderful. I will use them from now on.
We waited 4 days for our home warranty to come back and fix the furnace. When we called Fast Affordable Air, recommended by our neighbor, we felt very comfortable with them. From the first phone call, Artie was so helpful. She sent James out to fix the heat that same day. The gas valve was bad and he had the valve he needed on his truck. In under an hour, we had heat again. They are awesome.

After a bad experience with a competitor Angie the dispatch coordinator took the time to hear my hardship then went above and beyond to confirm an immediate response from the field operators whom were already loaded with client bookings so she raised the owners attention to alert them to my emergency status due to a system hat had been unnecessarily disengaged by the competition in an attempt to secure return business leading to over 90 degree temperatures. The owners prioritized my situation and personally came out to my home first thing the next morning clearing their day off to take care of me and my elderly father who’s health is in no position to be compromised by uncomfortable living conditions. Furthermore and more importantly we weren’t in the financial position to pay for services rendered at the point of service, this was not their concern and considering the position we were in, offered DIY tips and advice to maximize the efficiency of the current system that had previously been quoted 5 times the market value of the home and we’re satisfied to leave the property with a patriotic handshake and an impression that will never be forgotten. They deserve to be a leading provider in their field and are worth every penny paid to them from Las Vegas residents. A personal thank you Tim and Angie and also to the smiling face of the owner who is represented on all of the company work vehicles driving on the roads today. 35 years in the business has garnished a fine work ethic worth bragging about. It’s my pleasure 😇
The first call I made to another company immediately said it sounded like I needed a whole new air conditioner without even coming out. So glad I made a call to these guys. They got out there the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem real quick and had it running again for 130 bucks. When it comes to AC units, you are often at their mercy. So glad there are a few like Fast Affordable that are fair and honest.
Long review, First problem with AC, blowing but not cold. Had them come out and look at problem. Was found to be heat exchange, had that replaced. Was told at this time that our compressor was not in great shape. It was pulling twice the amps that is should. Second unit went out, blowing but not cold. Was diagnosed as needing recharge, and fixed. Next day, was not blowing cold again. Recharged and fixed leak, no charge. First unit went out again, not blowing at all. Come out and restarted unit, gave tips on trying to prolong life of unit. No charge. Got estimate on replacement, seeing the writing all the wall. DID get other quote that were all higher, if not told it was illegal to fix, and we needed to buy a whole new unit. Compressor finally went, they had an opening and came out a day before original scheduled, and replaced for their exact quote, even when the installation was not smooth. 100% happy with their performance and their conduct.
