Jose is excellent and responsive. We called with an emergency and he got to our house within 3 hours same day to diagnose the costly problem. He has saved us!
Jose replaced my water heater a few months ago. I had a recent problem with the water heater and called him. He responded very quickly, troubleshooted and resolved the matter. He took time to thoroughly explain to me what the issue was. Jose seems very trustworthy, and I'd certainly contract Expert Cooling & Heating for any future plumbing/heating services.
Jose was on-time, professional, and so polite! He explained ways to maintain my garbage disposal to keep it running well and to last a long time. I would recommend Jose to get the job done—he was amazing. Very impressed!
This company is a complete SCAM. Beware They will come out to fix one thing and then try to say they need to replace 100 different things. They are worse than a shady car mechanic. Beware beware beware
Replaced whirlpool air switch. Would have been a "5" but didn't match existing white switch.
