Rip off con artist who don't properly fix ac unit to manufacture specs. Had a leak silverstate recommended cutting out and wielding in new fitting and pipe going to compressor. But was backed up for a month. Called cool air now to give a estimate, comes off roof yeah fixed 1100 bucks. I said how oh i put a leak sealant in it. I said that's not gonna work. Oh it will watch it, within 2 days blowing hot air again. They just lied and gave me the run around! By the time contractor board said it would be able to rectify we'd be months down road through hot summer. I bought another unit from elsewhere! Don't call these crooks
Did early some maintenance work on time and fair price.
Two gentleman came out two install a heating unit at our office. The pricing seemed steep, but you get what you pay for. Weeks after the installment, we are all pleased to work comfortably in a heated office area without wearing coats at our desk.
So this company seems to rip people off their plumbing manager Mike promised to get the insurance to pay for all the repairs and a whole slew of other lies and ended up costing over $11,000 for everything and they didn't even fix the house to pre construction condition. Every thing Mike said was lies and he would only deal with my mom who has memory problems and refused to ever meet with me even after scheduling meetings he just wouldn't show up
Donald came to your house to do our yearly maintenance. He is a great technician and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated his expertise. We would recommend him as a technician. Cool Air is a great company and available any time you need them. I have used several other companies in this town and have never received the service that I have received from them and their staff.
Just had our ducts replaced by those guys. They did an excellent job - quick, professional, detail oriented, answered all of our questions, and cleaned up nicely. And the price is very reasonable. Thank you so much!
The technician Chris was a God send. He patiently worked with me for 2 hours on getting approval for a new install. I recommend this company to everyone for their AC and heating needs. I called them about 10pm in March 15th. I received an immediate call back and and Chris was there the next morning at 10am. Friendly and very professional. These guys were awesome! I called them yesterday and they came out this afternoon and fixed the heat in under an hour.
My central AC unit stopped working, and I called them for the repair. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to troubleshoot quickly, efficiently, and with a reasonable rate.
After 14 years of living in Las Vegas, our heater needed a repair. It was blowing cold air and it was one of the coldest day of the year. I have two kids and could not wait. Joe, the air conditioning tech, came over promptly after 7pm, climbed into the attic (where the furnace is located) and around thirty minutes later the vents were blowing warm air again. Joe was professional, fast, and knowledgeable.
We have been very happy and pleased with the service Jason from Cool Air Now has provided. Jason was very polite and professional. What we liked the most is he quoted us a price and when the work was finished the price did not change. For as busy as Air and Heating companies have been they were able to fit us in the very next day. We would recommend this company anytime. Prices are resonable, service with professionalism along with the technician being very knowledgeable, how can you go wrong?

Raul was awesome! So honest and professional. This company did everything they could to get my air fixed in a timely manner (it went out in the evening) the next morning. Most other companies I called could not have a service tech arrive until 8pm the following day! I am really glad we called Cool Air Now!
This company SUCKS!!! They owe me $300 for a piece that they said will fix my AC in which it did not even work and I'm now having the hardest time trying to get my money back. Is taking them to court next???
Excellent service!! The fan went out on my unit so I called Cool Air Now. They picked up right away and got a service tech out to my house immediately. My time slot was 10am to Noon and Jason showed up at 10:20 and promptly fixed my issue. This is the superior service you want. I'm new to the area and I'm going to stick with them for all my needs.

I called and they showed up, well JOHN SEVERNS He went above and beyond with his work! We officially al have a new AC company !! I highly recommend them and the price was lower than what we expected!!!
