had a leaking AC, Jamie came twice in one day to diagnosis the issue. Discovered that the AC unit was not installed correctly and took the time to help me document exactly what the issue was for a home builder warranty claim. great service, would recommend

Fast, quality, great communication. AC went out in the middle of the night. Called them around 5:00a.m. and a person actually answered. Had a technician there by 8:00 a.m. He called me before performing repair and after completing repair. Very impressed with these folks and highly recommend
Great company. I was a commercial contractor for 30 years and have worked with 100’s of subs. These guys are top notch. Justin, Brandon and Eli were on it. They know their trade. Paul the owner is amazing to work with. They installed my new AC unit on time and at the exact price quoted. Highly recommend.

The owner Paul S. was here within two hours of my call for service. Once the problem was recognized he apprised me of the cost, I approved, and he was back within another two hours with the part and the repair. All the same day! Beautiful!!!
A family-owned business that truly cares about family!!! It's a huge stress any time your air condition decides not to cool. For me it was the added stress that I was taking care of a family member that was just released from the hospital after a major surgery, and suddenly I don't have cool air. Comfort Masters went over the top in creating room for me in their schedule immediately upon learning there was a medical concern in my family. They were busy but fit me in! I have been using Comfort Masters for all of my heating and air needs for a number of years. It is the greatest comfort to know when I really needed them, they were there!!!!! I would recommend Comfort Masters for everything from seasonal tune-ups, repairing units, or installing a new system!!!! Tonight my house is nice and cool!

This is and always has been my go to company in Las Vegas for my A/C needs. Paul is the owner and he and his fantastic staff are great to work with. They are prompt, courteous, and communicative. They let you know what is going on every step of the way. I've also had them change out my A/C units and while it was not the cheapest quote I received, I knew and trusted their workmanship and their honesty. I can't say enough about Paul and all of his staff. You can't go wrong with them.
