Not only were they quick but they were friendly and priced extremely reasonable. Very happy I called them and if I ever need AC or Heater help they will be my first call.
I had one of my AC units go out at 9:00 pm one evening and had a recommendation to give Cal Air a call. To my surprise, being that it was late in the evening, I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The technician showed up at the scheduled time and was able to diagnose, then repair the unit quickly. Great customer service and professionalism from everyone I interacted with at Cal Air. I will definitely be using them again in the future for all AC/Heating needs.
Alberto was part of the complete process from estimating the project to leading the installation work. Alberto provided the system and features I requested. Alberto and his team did the work extremely well. I enjoyed working with the Cal Air team on this project. Alberto's work during the estimation portion of this project was a major reason I selected Cal Air.
Alberto came out and did our annual inspection and service on our A/C system. He replaced a failed capacitor and cleaned and tuned up the unit. He did an excellent job. I will use Cal-Air again and highly recommend the company
Cal-Air did a great job servicing my AC unit at my business. The service was quick and was less expensive than other businesses.
As a follow up to my earlier post, this company simply refuses to act responsibly and provide documentation of their installation. The office will not allow you to speak with the owner, and the owner should know how is folks are letting him or her down. It's not clear whether it's just poor management and communication or dishonesty. It's been confirmed by both Carrier and the other Carrier authorized service company, Sunrise Services, that the system that Cal Air installed is NOT what they had represented despite Cal Air's own statements in writing. They first installed a lesser unit and it took them a week to acknowledge that and come back out. Then they damaged the compressor on installation and continue to state that they installed a unit with a variable fan motor when it's been proven unquestionably that this is not the case. All they should do is fess up, fix the problem, and we can move on. But no.
Fantastic service, from the receptionist answering the phone to the service and install of new A/C units by qualified technicians. I have referred them to other people who say that the service and prices are great. They are an honest company as well and won't try to upsell you on something you don't need. Very responsive to service calls, getting to you now, instead of a week later.
I am disappointed with this company. They tried to install a lesser product than I purchased, have provided misinformation and have been unresponsive to my requests. After spending $11,423 for a system that was quoted and not received, I am certainly unhappy with this company
Knowledgeable technicians and fast service. Got my AC up and running in no time at all. Pricing was reasonable and I was over all very pleased with every aspect of my experience! Loved it! Will be using them from now on.

Alberto was absolutely fantastic! I contacted him after another company was already at my house and tried billing me over $1300. It turns out the other company mis-diagnosed the problem and Alberto was able to correct the problem for less than $150. He was straight forward, honest and explained the issue in plain terms that anyone could understand. I’ll never use anyone else. Thank you Alberto and Cal Air!
My upstairs unit decided to die on us. I had another company come out to look at it and they informed me that we needed a new unit and furnace coil. After seeing that companies finance options and crazy interest rates, I decided to call CalAir as I know one of the technicians. Vincent came out and was on time and very informative about what was needed. He was also honest about the possible lead time as they were having supply chain issues, however we were able to get our unit within the week. Their financing options are great and I was able to get a better unit with the same warranty for less than I would have paid with the original company I called out.
I have 2 parents over 70 years of age I was told it would be 2 hours for someone to come out and this was 9 am it's almost 5 pm and I'm afraid I'm going to have to put my parents in a hotel smh good service my 🐴no one has called texted or anything. They did show up and the guy was very pleasant it was a very hot and frustrating day and I do understand that it was a very busy weekend for you guys thanks for fixing the problem and all is well
Orlando was very prompt, polite and amiable. He was very thorough and speedy. He answered all the questions that I had. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
It great to have a company that still does a good job and in a timely manner. That seems to be a big problems with a lot of companies now. No customer service but Cal Air has always come through with great customer service I had Service Tech Vincent M. He was great to work with even changed out my filters after checking out my unit.
I went to Cal Air for a second opinion when the first place I went to said I had a freon leak. Cal Air diagnosed the problem and saved me and my family a fortune. Would recommend.
This company is a very professional outfit--from scheduling my service appointment through the completion of preventive maintenance for my HVAC units. Alberto (the technician) showed up at the agreed upon time, was respectful, and took the time to offer tips to improve the efficiency/performance of the AC units. The company's concern for the safety of its employees is also very commendable (rescheduled the initial appointment due to potential high winds conditions).

My downstairs AC stopped working and I have a 8 month old in the house and needed quick repair. Cal air responded within 20 minutes and have a technician out within the same day. He checked all wires and attic turns out we accidentally switched the power to unit off. Instead of over charging they only charged the service fee of 49.00. Definitely recommend and won’t rip you off on prices!
