I'm very satisfied with the service. They said they were going to be there at a certain time and they definitely were. I recommend this company for your air conditioning needs. Thank your Aaron and thank you Blake. You both did a great job
The Service Technician (Jamill Payne) showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He offered me a fair preventative maintenance service offer, it was fair but on top of the repairs I’ll have to defer. Anyway, he understood and got right to work to fix the problem. Overall, my AC was back on in less than 12 hours. I’m sure I’ll need repairs again and I will definitely call Bumble Breeze again.

Wes is very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. Having your HVAC go out on you the 4th of July is not fun, it’s hot! The entire team was helpful and friendly, it awesome to have them show up quickly & help us through the process.
Great work by Wesley and Scott on the same day purchase and install. Johnny and Larry did a fabulous install. Left the area spotless when they left. Everyone is so professional.
Had a good experience with Wes from Bumble Bee! He gave a quote with a full breakdown and price was very fair for Goodman condensers. I ended up going with another company/ brand but I would recommend them for all your A/C needs.
They installed a reverse osmosis system under my kitchen sink, also replaced the p trap as it was rusted. Very happy with their work. We also use them for our furnace and AC maintenance. Very happy with their timely service.
Wesley is top notch answered all my questions. Did not try to upsell or add on parts that weren’t necessary. Would definitely recommend.
Lester had to repair the trim to the attic entry way. He did an excellent job and was quick to finish the job.

Bumble Breeze did a great job of installing our new air conditioner. They worked diligently all day long and took photos to show the quality of their work.

It took me $754 to find out how bad your company performs. First of all, the unit pricing is a rip off andq ridiculous. No matter how much time spent the unit price is the same even for small jobs. You were on the roof for 15 minutes tops for replacing a 5-8 feet of low voltage wiring and forcing a high voltage wiring into the roof and taping it up with black electrical tape (totally ridiculous). I spoke to the manager to correct the problems (he talked a lot and had a lot of excuses). Can you believe it for 15 minutes at $754(unbelievable). The manager was more concerned about my first survey then then he was about me as a customer. Technician came out a second time to correct the problems (20 minutes) with some hesitation. I indicated to the technician to look at my neighbor HVAC unit and how well it was wired. The manager called me for a follow-up and he claimed to care about me by coming out a second time (remember, I saw the problems not him or technician). I ask him for $200 credit because I saw the problems. The manager was more concerned about his company then me (the customer). I am letting my friends, neighbors and family know about this company. I am truly looking for a good and honest HVAC company who also cares. I just had another company come out to review Bumble Breeze work and they found a bad corrector and did not recommend replacing the capacitor and charge me $ 59. Bumble Breeze I just don't know what to say about you. I still think you should refund me. I am writing the BBB.
Johnny was very Professional and Polite. I would highly recommend his services with Bubble Bee as well as his partner Jay. Lester the Drywaller, was Quick, Efficient and Professional as well. Thanks to everyone who installed and followed up with our installation Great work!
Did a major bathroom remodel that needed some new plumbing work done. Called Bumble Breeze and quick response. The work needed done was done quickly and very professionally Kane the technician knows his stuff and did an amazing job with attention to detail and actual concern about doing the job right. In this day and age when most companies don’t care about anything I have to say Bumble Breeze and Kane were really something else. Highly recommend their service.
These guys are nice, professional and do great work. My only problem was that he told me a new 50 gallon Bradford White water heater or similar quality would be around $3000. I called another company and they are definitely a lot cheaper. I will not be using Bumble Breeze to replace my water heater.
