I asked for someone to come and give me a consultation back in March. I was still undecided but kept all the information that was left to me. One of my Ac units broke down in June so this urged me to get in contact with the same man that gave me my original consult and he still had all of my estimates. I told him I wanted to move forward so he sent me a link for financing. It was a simple straight to the point process. The very next day workers showed up at 7am to have two brand new air conditioners installed. They followed up a day later asking me if everything was completed to my satisfaction and I was definitely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I come across in the future.

I called for an estimate at 3pm for a system replacement and within a hour their supervisor Romer was at my property. He got his information and quickly had my estimate, He was very professional and explained the total replacement in detail. The installers was excellent! They replaced my 4 ton Condenser very professional and timely. I highly Recommend Buenos Aires! Their customer service is top notch and professional. They has a Customer for life! I am writing to complain about the poor service I received from your company. I purchased an air conditioner from your store. The salesman told me that the unit was broken and that it would be better to replace the old unit. However, after the unit was installed and sent the paperwork to my insurance the salesman said it only needed a new compressor. I was very disappointed, as I had been told that the unit was beyond repair and needed to he replaced. I called your company to complain about the salesman's false representation, and I spoke to the owner. The owner apologized for the inconvenience and promised to help me fix the problem. We agreed to meet at your store. However, I arrived at your store at the appointed time, and you where not there. I was told you would call to reschedule. I have not heard from you since then. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from your company. I feel that I was misled by the salesman, and I am very frustrated that you have not been able to fix the problem. At the very least call to apologize for not calling back and rescheduling our appointment. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
