I had a water softener installed and the pipes were installed outside the walls. I was told if I wanted pipes inside walls I would have to pay extra. Several plumbers and a contractor checked the site and said they had never seen anything like that before. I eventually paid another company to do repairs because Boss Plumbing wouldn’t return calls after I told them an inspector said it was not up to code. My house is being renovated and I wanted quality not shoddy work therefore I paid the plumbing coming doing renovations to correct the problem. The technician was nice and polite but the work was unprofessional. Will send photos later
My technician Martin showed professionalism, knowledge, and concern for my plumbing issue. I highly recommend Boss Plumbing - they arrived on time and on schedule.
We have used BOSS for several services with the most recent being HVAC Heater service & EVERY TIME they are on-time (they text when a rep is on the way do if we aren't home we can get there) KNOWLEDGEABLE (Elvis explained step by step everytime like a YouTube video would, HONEST & EXTREMELY well priced. WE WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY AGAIN.
My water main went last Saturday. Called Boss Plumbing and the whole job was done and life was back to “normal” by Friday. Job was perfect, clean, and reasonable. Isai and his crew were respectful and professional. Will always highly recommend them going forward.
No one ever answers the phone I’ve called the company and the owner and still nothing. When i finally got ahold of someone, the lady I talked to was seriously incompetent of doing her job. She couldn’t even answer the simplest questions I had. Took them days to have someone come out to take a look. And I still have yet to receive an estimate of the amount of cost for the repair. Like if you don’t want business then just say that. Instead of wasting peoples time.
They send a guy to “fix” a leak in my house, the guy left the house and not fix my leak and I have my house without WATER, They are very irresponsible. Thanks for your poor service 👍🏻
A week later no call from them after my warranty company gave them a contract to fix my stuff. Had to call them to get it scheduled and they still were going to make me wait 3 more days. Seems like they are unorganized and don’t know what customer service is.
Ran late and kept pushing the time back and we eventually had to reschedule. They came on the reschedule date and were prompt and efficient.
I had Boss Plumbing handle my water heater replacement today. Benny was amazing -- super professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend.
The girls that answer the phone, Marivic and Gladys or Glenda, were very professional and helpful. Benny the technician was efficient and on time.
The young men were professional, kind, informative, and funny. They were able to fix the plumbing issues while explaining to me what they were doing. This led me to believe they were extremely knowledgeable in their craft. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
I hate plumbers. They usually try to scam you like a snake oil salesman, but not Boss. Everything went legit... Strait forward price that was lower than the other two estimates and great they did great work. Impressive.

Jeremy was the Greatest he came from a trusted reliable source. I was not disappointed at all! Very very very HAPPY! Plumbing issues call Boss Plumbing!!! ASAP… You will not be disappointed two thumbs up!!!
Jacob's the man. He replaced my faucet quickly and made solid recommendations on what to do with other issues. They seem like a very honest company with the customer's trust in mind. I'd definitely use them again.
Our garbage disposal went out at the worst time, Joe came right over and within the hour everything was fixed! He cleaned up after himself and was very polite. Thank you boss plumbing!
