This company is the best at what they do. They are on time, offer the best solution and care about their customers. One of the few honest companies we have found and have used them more than once. Totally honest and reliable.
Cris is honest and does great work he fixed my heater by sanding down some flame sensor. Could have said that a number of things needed to be changed to make more money. He just charged me 100 dollars. Fixed my a/c heater. Very happy with his work

I met Chris about 10 years ago. Found him on Angie's list. At that time, he was over 100 reviews strong and maybe more. Other contractors had come to the property, and all said I needed a new unit ($5,000+). I called Chris. He came over the same day and fixed my unit for $100. That's right! A $4,900 savings let alone another good unit in a landfill. The unit never had an issue after that. Since then, I've used Chris for all of my real estate clients. Most recently, a few very nice 80+ year old women. Same story. Other companies were quoting new units in the 5-30k price range. Chris came out the same day and fixed for so much less ($200 on one, $700 on the other). Big, big savings. It's the busy season for cooling and air, but Chris made it out the same day for these seniors to make sure they were safe and comfortable. He also did so with no additional service call fee, which was greatly deserved. There's just not enough praise that can be lavished on this person. An honest, responsive contractor in the Las Vegas valley. I wish I knew more like Chris. Real peace of mind. Thank you, Chris.
I really appreciate Chris's hard working. He never charged me service call fee to check my AC, even though my old AC has some issues that no one can really fix. You know some people charge you a service call fee even if they just come by to have a look and can not fix any issue. Yesterday my AC did not work. I called Chris, and he showed up in about one hour. I really appreciate that he was so efficient and he fixed my AC with a very fair price. Highly recommended.
You can not ask for better service. He showed up when he said and was professional what more can you ask for.
I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to Chris Bond. He has serviced my air conditioner for years, and always done a superb job. (I've given him loads of positive reviews on Angie's List.) He goes to lengths no one else will do to fix/replace worn parts. The past few yrs I signed up with a home warranty company (and couldn't use Chris). The air conditioner went out and their service person told me I needed a whole new system. I didn't believe him. I knew he was lying, so I called Chris. Within 5 minutes he told me, "Oh, here's your problem." He had it fixed in 45 minutes for less than $200.00. I will never deal with anyone else ever again. If you want your heating and air conditioning problems fixed honestly and correctly, you'll never find a better company than Bond.
I just bought a house and our inspector noted multiple things “wrong” with our AC unit. I had Chris come out and look at it, and instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need, he was honest and told us the AC was fine! He will now be my go to guy for our AC unit!
In my opinion Chris Bond is at the top of his profession regarding honesty and knowledge. About six years ago my air and heating unit broke down and was serviced by a well known company. I was subsequently charged about $600. But after only a few days it broke down again. I was then told that this was a different problem and I needed another $500 in repairs or I could just replace the whole unit. I decided to get opinions from four other highly rated companies. The first three said I needed a brand new unit, which would cost about $5500. But the fourth, which was Bond Air, offered to sell me the same unit for $4500. But then Chris Bond said that my old unit could probably be fixed by simply replacing the generic switch, which had been improperly installed by the first company that had serviced my unit, with the factory made switch. This procedure was done. Now after six years my unit is still operating flawlessly. So instead of selling me a new $4500 unit Chris Bond made $50 on the service call! Please help keep honest companies like his in business.
Chris explains everything he is doing and shows you too. I feel he does not overcharge and is trustworthy. We have been using him for years. We were told 7 years ago we needed new AC. I found Chris and got a second opinion from him. Well guess what?? That same AC unit is still going strong and he saved us a bundle of money by not having to buy a new one we didn't need. I find it difficult sometimes to find trustworthy home repair people. I totally trust Chris and give him my highest recommendation. He just left here and told me all my unit needed was a little refrigeration added. He told me- still going strong.
I've used Chris for years, and he's saved me a fortune. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. And he's honest. The fan on my compressor went out last week -- a fan Chris had replaced last year. He came out, replaced the fan, and didn't charge me a dime. Believe me, you couldn't find a better person to service your HVAC.
Chris Installed a 3.5 ton 13 SEAR Trane unit on the side my house 4 years ago and the price was fair, join done fast and no issues so far. I’m only posting now because it’s getting hot out and thought of my nice cold air conditioning working great

I realize that I have a slow leak in my air conditioning unit. I called my new home warranty company and got an outrageous quote. So I decided to contact my go-to guy Chris. Chris came the next day and got my unit working again. Chris is honest and professional. I refer him to anyone in need of effective air conditioning repair in Las Vegas.
Chris Bond has been excellent in all dealings with Air Conditioning and Heating. He installed a HVAC package unit on my condo in Summerlin three years ago. I had done a lot of searching for the best brand on the Internet first. He got the unit I wanted for a fantastic price and installed it in a good time frame. He was always honest and on time. I have had him do yearly maintenance and have never had a problem.
Chris doesn't honor his warranties. He can also be difficult to work with.
Very professional and ethical people. I thought my AC was shot and they wound up repairing it for about $160.00 , thousands less than a new unit would have cost.
A friend and neighbor told me Chris Bond is the most honest contractor he's ever worked with. After getting a replacement rooftop HVAC unit from him, I couldn't agree more. First of all, I came in excited about investing in a top-of-the-line system for maximum efficiency, and Bond actually convinced me to go with a much *cheaper* unit (he explained that the highly efficient units are less reliable and require specialized, hard-to-find parts). Second, he was accommodating about my travel schedule, getting the entire replacement (with a crane and everything) done in a single day with less than a week's notice. Finally, when I noticed a gap in the duct seal, he came right over the next day and resealed it perfectly. The system now works better than I thought possible! The only flaw I can report is that since Bond Heating and Air Conditioning is just one man, and he's often on a roof doing a job, there isn't someone you can call to schedule a visit--instead, you call an answering service, who takes your name and number, and Chris calls you back later. But even this "flaw" is an advantage compared to some other contractors: there's no possibility for confusion on the backend (and no one to blame for such confusion), you only have an appointment with Chris when Chris himself tells you so, and as his motto goes--his word is his Bond! Plus, I would put up with a lot more inconvenience than this to avoid the salesmanship and questionable business practices which tend to characterize the rest of this industry. I'll certainly be using Bond for all my future HVAC needs and have already started recommending him to my friends in the area.

Outstanding service at great prices! Had service a couple times and never tried to up sell, just fixes the issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommend to everyone else. If I could give 6 stars I would.
The best.... I tell all my friends to use bonds... I use him every year for tune ups or issues with my Air or heater.
