I have called on you twice so far and I am impressed with the exemplary service from customer service when I was making the appt to Christian coming out and fixing the issue with my A/C. Christian is friendly, knowledgeable, works efficiently and came the same day. I am so thankful and now you have a loyal customer.

I called at about two o'clock yesterday afternoon to seek help for an AC unit. At 7:00, Ron Simbulan showed up and fixed the AC problem. During all the time, Ron showed professionalism, courtesy and was very helpful. Bob's Repair certainly will be on our top list should there be similar repair needs from us.
On July 3rd, the hottest day of the year so far, I was awakened at 5:30 am by a grinding noise coming from my 18 year old central air conditioner. I called Bob's repair at 6 am fully expecting to get an answering machine. To my surprise, my call was answered promptly by Fred the owner of Bob's. Fred had a technician dispatched that morning who diagnosed my compressor had failed. This was an expensive repair so we determined it was in our best interest to replace our aging HVAC units. Fred offered a very fair price and scheduled the job for the following Thursday. Since the heat was extreme Fred had a technician drop off a room air conditioner which cooled our Master bedroom and made sleep possible. That Thursday morning, technicians Francisco & Eric arrived and promptly went to work. They continued until the replacement was complete without breaks. They respected our home utilizing drop cloths and cleaning up completely when the replacement was completed. I could not expect more professionalism from a company.
HVAC can get so pricey, but Jordan did amazing at the place for 2 visits! They also worked with me payment method w.o taking a loan!! Would recommend!
Very Friendly, not pushy at all, in fact the service technician got up on the roof, replaced a fuze and determined that my issue was a bad thermostat. Tech arrived early (within a couple hours of me calling), and was very professional. He installed a thermostat, ran me thru the operations of the new system and made sure all my questions were answered. I've used them in the past and will be referring them to anyone in need of this service! THANKS BOB's, appreciate you!!
Christian diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the part in a few minutes. Did not try to up sell me on anything. Gave some tips on efficient AC use and what to expect as the units get older. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
When I called Bob's on July 3rd, Fred told me he could have someone come out the next day, July 4th. I was thrilled because the first service company I called couldn't come out until July 10th. Fred told me the cost for diagnostics would be $89 but waived if I accepted their quote for repairs. The other company would have charged $139 for diagnostics. Ron Simbulan was the repair tech assigned to diagnose the problem with my AC. He arrived July 4th just after 8am during the 8am to noon window promised. He asked me a couple of questions about the problem I was having and quickly got to work to find out what exactly had gone wrong with my system. He explained to me what parts needed to be replaced immediately and which one was recommended for replacement. I accepted the quote he gave me and then he gave me a 5% senior discount when I asked if there was a senior discount. He told me that there was a one year warranty on today's work and parts. I asked him about maintenance service and he told me about the $149 service contract that included a winter and a summer service of my AC unit. I asked if that could be added later and he said yes. He completed his work, the invoice was paid, and he left. I was pleased with his pleasant demeanor, knowledge, and quick, clean work. I will definitely recommend Bob's Repair to other people and look forward to being a customer for my AC maintenance service in the future. Thank you to Fred and Ron at Bob's Repair for making my house cool again in our desert heat!

One of our a/c units started blowing warm air last night. Bob’s Repair came out today and had it diagnosed and fixed fast and pricing was great! Adan was courteous and professional.
EXCELLENT service! I can’t recommend this company enough. Our air conditioner died during a 113 degree Vegas weekend and they got out to us next day. Our service provider Ron was on time and got our air conditioning up and running quickly. Could not be happier with the price and honesty they showed. If you need AC service they are the ones to call 100%.

Bobs is great. On time, fast, friendly and efficient. Installed two new units. One on the 2nd story pad and one downstairs. Here by 8am and gone before 2 pm. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. They worked with my schedule, even with unexpected changes and made sure it was done before the heat arrives.
The crew did an outstanding job on my air duct cleaning. Amazing difference to the ducts and air quality.

Hello! Yesterday for second time I used this company . The management of the company has a very nice communication with the client and they care being 5 star . I recommend this company
