Called BEST because of the reviews and rating. I have a plumbing issue and my home warranty had already had a company come out to diagnose. I wanted a more "reputable" company to bid the work. BEST said they would charge $199.00 to diagnose the job, and apply the $199.00 to the job if I went with them. I let them we already had the diagnosis and wanted a quote from the "Best" plumbing company. They said they don't come out without paying the $199. Look at their reviews. The majority of them are from users that have only left 1 review, and that review was for BEST. Almost always when this happens, it is from a business buying reviews. I can assure you that they are not buying mine. They also are listed as an "AD" with Google which confirms that they do pay Google to be atop the list of plumbers. Be careful when choosing a company that charges you $200 to diagnose an issue. A quality contractor does not need to charge clients to earn the job. I did mention to them that I had all the details of the job and if someone from there wanted to talk about cost of repair to reach out to me. Nobody called back. I also mentioned that in had not issue paying the right price to get the job done correctly. My plumbing job is considered major and I do not want to cut corners getting it fixed. I reached out to 2 other plumbers that I recieved from larger construction companies. They had bot issue providing a quote and scope of work....and without charging $200 to do so. Beware**
Robert and Mike were wonderful! They arrived within an hour of me calling, were extremely professional and explained everything they did. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend them.
Was quoted $1200 for the first of 3 options (it's common practice for salesmen to have options like this instead of being able to just fix the issue). That option later turned into $2400 after adding a fan motor to the estimate - a part that had already been changed recently. When I got the email with the estimates, this option was labeled "bandaid." The tech made sure to tell me multiple times that he could not guarantee that this bandaid would fix the issue I was having. Keep in mind, the unit was working, but the breaker would trip on occasion. The second option was for $8888. The tech labeled this option as "Not recommended" in the email he sent me. So at this point, this tech has recommended 2 different services at 2 vastly different price points, while labeling the more expensive one as not recommended and not guaranteeing a fix at all. Another red flag. Then the tech offered to just replace the system due to freon being so hard to get. That price was $17000. The price of a decent car. So this tech cannot guarantee his work at $2400 or $8888, but he now wants me to pay $17000 for him to install a new AC unit. While the logic was lacking, the red flags were ever-present. The tech made sure to go back up to the unit for a second time to get "better" pictures after already showing me pictures and videos he took of the unit. If I cannot trust you to do the job at $2400 or $8888, there's no way you can get the job done at $17000. Tech was nice enough to tell me that "even if you were my friend, like friend to friend, I couldn't even recommended the $8888 option because I might not fix it." Seems like this tech is a pretty terrible repairman. I ended up paying $180 bucks to get the repair done by someone else. Just needed a new capacitor. You guys are the reason why the industry is looked down upon so much. Salesmen first. Repairmen never.
These guys are professional, quick and fair with pricing. Also they can usually solve an issue very quickly. Zachary Reese is the most impressive plumber I've ever dealt with, he's super cool 😃

Fernando was professional and got our shower valve replacement done quickly and efficiently. He let us know about the AC duct that would interfere with the job and found an alternative solution which turned out great. I highly recommend him and BEST Plumbing.
The Technician Les was sent out to my home was, professional and easy to talk to.. He listened to what I had to say, and explained everything in a way that I could understand and gave me a great price. He also came to my home in a timely matter. Actually, it was before the time they quoted me so, and all it was a great experience, and I would call them again. Thanks Les

Best air conditioning plumbing repair was the 1st place that came up when I google'd . My faucet was leaking and within the same day I was able to get it fixed all thanks to Mike S. at best air conditioning plumbing repair. I had an issue with the condensate pump from an ac unit that BEST air installed 5 months ago. There was some confusion regarding warranty and coverage but in the end, BEST ac plumbing repair was able to replace the unit quickly and efficiently under the warranty. I greatly appreciate the service and prompt resolution and will continue to be a member and use them for any future issues with my HVAC system or plumbing.

There’s a reason why they have the word best in their name. Their customer service representative at Raven was very assertive made sure we were taken care of and it got the right technician to our house to fix our air immediately hands-down this company is the best.
Professional and a hard worker. Stone seemed to do all the heavy duty work using the pick axe and power saw trying to get through tree roots to make a trench in the yard. Answered every question very thoroughly. Joyce

Mike S. was super punctual, professional, and helpful. He explained the issue and presented different options. He rebuild my shower faucet in 10-15 minutes and was very courteous. Highly recommend!
The person who helped us was Raven and she was absolutely wonderful and thorough. The service provided was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. Definitely a life saver since summer is officially here! I will definitely use this company again, and recommend to others who need air conditioning or plumbing services.
Nowadays, everything is word-of-mouth and someone referred me to this company and trust me, if you’re ever in need for any repair that has to do with your air-conditioning, heat and much much more, this company will take care of your very need and we all know that when Vegas gets hot, it gets hot and when it’s cold it’s cold.
