My husband has purchased from this place multiple times now and every single time this place goes above and beyond to help him locate the exact part needed. Today it was a blower fan and Paul and Albert went out of their way to make sure the part they found would fit our AC unit. In the end we didn’t end up needing the fan but I will never go to another place for parts again. This place is full of the most helpful, patient, and kind people I’ve met in any business in a very long time. Very grateful for them today!

Had an A/C unit stop working. After checking on it we thought it might just be a bad capacitor. Brought the old one in to APC and they found us a replacement for $40. The guy said an A/C tech would usually charge about $400 to replace a bad cap. 1/10th the price and we've got cold air again! Thank you, APC!
Called for needed service Friday, they scheduled me Monday. Damian and Isaiah came out first thing in the morning today Monday and surely they give me excellent service and Im very satisfied and grateful with their services. I highly recommend them. They are experts and you get more of the price you pay.

Came here to check a capacitor which they did for free. Even though I didn’t need to make a purchase the gentleman working the counter gave me great advice and was super helpful. Wish there was more places like this with that kind of customer service.
Jazz was great in getting us set up with a replacement motor and fan for our aging AC unit! He showed us how to put it all together and wire the motor back to the unit right in front of us and provided great customer service. These guys know their stuff. Even though it's across town, when I need help with my appliances this is where I'm going from now on.
Great service and customer care. Call and got a same day appointment they ordered parts that day and returned 3 days later to replace but part was not needed after all and they didn't charge anything extra! Thank you for the quick and great service Danny! Will definitely keep this company in mind if I need any parts or service.
I have to admit that this place has what you need under one roof, but, things are overpriced compared to the same items online.
I had my a/c serviced today by Fernando and Daniel. These young men were very polite, knowledgeable and professional! They gave so much valuable information and service options to keep my a/c system running at peak performance. I will refer this company to friends and family.
10/10 would recommend. Ernesto helped me out a few weeks back when my dryer wasn't working and gave me the right parts for the job.
The customer service is poor, went in looking for a furnace ignitor. When I asked how much the part was Alberto told me $86 plus tax when I asked him why the price was so high and all competitors prices were near half the cost he told me there was nothing he could do. I asked if they price match he said no. Even though I googled the same part number at a different store that just happens to be closed today. When I explain the issue to Wayne, he said the same thing. Their customer service is very condescending for how they talk to customers. I work for an AC company and will insure we buy no products from this company.
I just wanted to let Da Boss Know, that if he may give Eric some Kudos for his job well done. I’ve been here many times to purchase items that I needed to fix either at my own house or helping out a friend and Eric always is there to assist. Just wanted to let Da Boss know. We don’t get much Positive Feedback anymore… everyone is so Negative. But Much Mahalos (Thank You Very Much)… maybe give Eric a raise and a Pat on Da Back for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🤙🏽
From start to finish APC has been highly professional & courteous...what I thought was a heating element issue was a broken circuit and Damien & Isaiah quickly diagnosed & fixed it with extreme professionalism & courtesy. Highly recommend APC and will use them again if need be.
Their service department is OUTSTANDING. I called them at 7:45 in the morning - a serviceman was at my house by 8:30. They repaired my heater promptly. It’s hard to find dependable, reliable, service in Las Vegas, but I found the right company to install and maintain my air conditioner/heater……their Service Department is great!i
