My AC went out around 7pm in the middle of summer. I called and left a message around 8pm with Aloha, by 8am Mario called me and told me he was sending a tech out before noon. When chance showed up he was very nice super professional and quick. My AC was fixed and blowing cold again in no time. I highly recommend these guys!
Exceptional customer service. Arrived on time! Isolated the problem quickly. Kept to the estimate! I had some after the fix questions, they responded right away and answered all question. Will not hesitate to call them again
They were very professional, kind, and efficient. They were also able to change my filters for me. We already had some purchased but our vent is so high so they kindly did it for us. Definitely recommend and they’ll be our go to.
With so many HVAC business in the Las Vegas valley its hard to select one that has at its center customer focus. Aloha Air Conditioning defiantly takes care of you and your HVAC system. Professional, knowledgeable and a very good value when it comes to repairs. After receiving the news that one of my AC compressors was on its last straw and being quoted a price that would allow me to only replace one of two 16-yo systems, I contacted Aloha AC for a second quote. Their pricing was much more affordable and allowed me to replace both complete systems (AC and furnace). I was kept informed every step of the way. I received a call each day when they were on their way out and given a status update prior to the end of each day. Every person was friendly, professional, respectful, and really cared for my home. They laid out floor coverings as to not walk on my floors with dirty shoes or used shoe covers. At the end of each day they cleaned thoroughly. They noticed things they weren’t happy with immediately and changed it to provide me with quality products without delaying any install timelines. They tolerated my obnoxious pups who loudly voiced their insecurity with new people in the house and worked hard as if they weren’t even there. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
Fantastic experience! They contacted us 30-minutes before arriving and were quick and very friendly. Fixed all of our issues and told us how and what was going on with the service. Pricing was fair too. Highly recommended.

There’s no other company in town that I would trust to repair my AC and give me advice as to what I should do. Chance came out to my house and I knew immediately that he was far more educated than other technicians I’ve experienced, and I’m a Realtor so I’ve spent some time with multiple technicians from other companies. Chance not only knows how to fix the issues but he’s so helpful in educating you with what your system is doing, why it’s doing whatever it’s doing, and you can genuinely tell that he’s not lying to you or trying to upsell you to make money. He just wants to help you fix your issue, and gives it to you straight. He’s just a down right honest and good person. I’ll only ever use Aloha AC as my personal technicians and will always recommend them to my family and clients in Real Estate. Thank you Aloha AC and thank you Chance !
These guys have been my go-to for HVAC needs. They replaced my roof mounted a/c unit 2 years ago, and I have nothing bad to say about Mario and his guys. Highly recommended
Very unprofessional. Driver cut us off with no signal we had to slam on the brakes, then followed closely behind us, the went around us in the intersection and tried to cut us off again and cause an accident, then pulled in front of us slammed on the brakes trying to get us to rear-end him, we changed lanes to avoid the driver. Then again he swerved in front of us crossing into our lane and into the other lane trying to get us to hit him. He then pulled into the bus lane while we were at a red light and got out of his vehicle and attempted to approach my vehicle in an aggressive manner. If the light wouldn’t have turned green I don’t know what he would have done. All of this was while I was driving with my two month old baby in the car. Is this the type of person you would trust in your home. I am afraid the quality of work would match his un-professionalism while driving a company vehicle. License plate ALOHAAC.

Had a blower motor and capacitor go bad on one of my furnaces at home. Called Chance at Aloha who was very professional and gave me a fair price. Came out quick and was able diagnose and fix my heater within an hour. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done. Great company with good people who tell you how it is with no bs.

The unit cooling my second floor was blowing inconsistently cool then warm air. Thought possibly the unit was shot and looking at coming out of pocket for a new unit. The crew at Aloha showed up timely, went to work asking me questions and then I left them alone to work. They figured out the problem...a bad capacitor. Parts and labor very reasonable compared to the alternative. They guys left me a detailed invoice with warranty. I like working with these guys, they know their stuff and have already referred them to a business associate which they were able to resolve at a descent price. Go Aloha!
Aloha Air is a great company. They installed my humidifier and do regular servicing. They are quick to make the earliest appointment. When they get here the are careful of your carpeting and furniture. They do a thorough job and are reasonable with their parts and labor cost. I highly recommend them.
