👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎AIR SUPPLY COOLING STEALED MY MONEY the water leak from the air damaged the roof they are scammers if anyone has any questions I can take them to my house air supply cooling this company charged me 6800 dollars for a supposedly new air with a 10-year warranty by the manufacturer and 1 year with their warranty that they are the team before the year began to give problems and they do not answer the phone or txt nor the calls I deceive them with other phone numbers is that I can talk to them and what they do is put more gas in the air but that is not the problem beware of the entire Las Vegas community one of them calls himself Daniel I am going to follow them writing on their official pages how my case ends REMEMBER THE AIR SUPPLY COOLING COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS
I have checked fee companies. They are one of the honest one and will not charge for estimate. They even send me receipt for warranty coverage.
I have been using this company for years. I don't know where these negative reviews are coming from. Nothing but great service everytime. My AC died in the middle of July and if they didn't need a crane to do mine it would have been replaced the same day. I called them 5 and a half years ago and have been calling them ever since. I won't call anyone else.

Called them left 2 voicemails with no reply ever. Called them about over 2 weeks prior to this posting. Will be look elsewhere for sure. Not the best at custom return outreach. I get it since it is busy times with all the storms in our area lately so I can understand but only to a degree. At least let a customer know "hey sorry we're currently booked solid at the moment".
One word, useless
This company is the worst and horrible service we got this guy Jesus on Facebook and he gave us the estimate so we accepted because was a good deal, but when we made the first payment, it was double of what Jesus told us, so we called air supply, never call and always said that we call you back after six months the ac unit is broken never send anybody to check please don't make any mistake to do business with them is a real nightmare
Very professional an happy with their work and they stand behind it.
Jesus runs around on Facebook attempting to get customers through marketplace ads while cussing out, berating and attempting to dox anyone who comments facts about his poor craftsmanship. His father started the buisness and he creeped in after he died and took it over with NO EXPERIENCE or EDUCATION in the industry. Beware and trust the other reviews. He will cost you more than he claims and will damage your home.
I called Daniel he came out the next day on time. He fixed my ac unit in just a couple minutes. I recommend Air Supply Cooling air for your are condition needs
They have terrible service my a/c unit has been leaking water/air. Whenever I call them all they say they will have I technician call me and nothing ever happens after that. The A/C unit is damaging my roof you can tell it wasn't installed properly.
I called the twice a day for 3 days and they never came to fix my AC
This company worked on the AC prior to moving In and my AC went out after moving in... So I called to come out and fix they rewired. AC went out AGAIN. Had new company "national homeowners warranty" come out and check that's when I was informed that Something was put In incorrectly and cause damage and blowing fuses due to reversed dryer according to the receipt they had replaced the compressor and they put it in incorrectly and it was reversed. Pictures provided. I've been trying to call and call and they don't want to seem to answer me. To the point where I had my son call from his phone and they answered him right away but as soon as he gave our address call was disconnected. I still have yet to talk to anyone, horrible customer service I would not recommend.. I'm sure after commenting this then I'll finally get a response as what should've happened. RESPONSE TO MESSAGE SINCE I CANNOT COMMENT ANYMORE. That was 2 years ago my family wasn’t here we moved in july 2020 and that same month AC went 5/6 times which was fixed by you guys. And was fixed incorrectly. Old warranty? What do you mean when we moved in we got the warranty that’s why you were called. I don’t understand what you mean old warranty. So do you just treat all clients with old warranty’s like this ? You still can’t answer any calls or explain correctly.
Fabulous service! Daniel fixed our heater earlier this year at a fair price (far less than the big box guy quoted us)! Just lost one air unit in the middle of triple digit heat and he was here first thing in the morning! Would highly recommend to anyone!
They gave an stimate for a new ac unit for 9000 I felt like I was buying a new car
Saw and ad for these guys , made an inquiry , next day I met with Jesus, came to my house on time ,(wearing a mask) , very professional , discussed my needs for a new split unit. Agreed on a price , they were at my house 10 am the next day as promised , did an amazing job. I would recommend Air Supply Cooling to anyone , Bravo guys good job
They charged me for 2 air conditioners and only got (and need) one. I have called several times and they do not answer. On the rare occasion they do, i am told i need to talk to the manager, but he is not there and he will call me. He has yet to do so since about 6 months ago.
This company deserves zero stars. I wish I could comment on their service, but they never showed up. I made an appointment on September 30, 2020 and was told next available was October 1 between 8:00 am and noon. I wished they could have narrowed the time but decided to just hang out at home and wait. I waited all morning. At noon I began to get a little upset because I hadn't even received a courtesy call to let me know they would be late. Then 12:30, and finally at 12:45 I called their office. I explained the situation as well as if I had been an employer and they the employee they would be fired for no call, no show. Needless to say I didn't even get an apology. Horrible customer service.
I have 3 days waiting for. Tecnics, AC liquiding all weekend, my inside roof almost damagesfor lot water run about AC.
They install an AC unit and then cannot make it run properly. It runs and runs and runs. I am sure they will not agee to pay my power bill either.
