Right now it's 2 I have had no AC for a week and they don't really seem to care. I have animals and am disabled so this situation is unnecessary and dangerous. On top of the company telling me parts can take months, um it's 110° in Vegas. If the issue is not resolved on now an urgent contract, then there is a serious problem.
I called Air Pro Master, and they "ran into a situation" like any business can!! And Eric the manager got involved and made sure my home was taken care of!!
Professional, hardworking, and respectful. They also got the job done very quickly. I needed help when my AC broke and it was in the middle of the July heat in Vegas. Ed with Air Pro Master came by to give me an estimate about an hour after our phone call, and by the same time the next day the unit was installed and working like a charm. Highly recommend
Air Pro showed up in no time at all. Oscar found the problem quickly and fixed our air conditioner. Amy from dispatch was really nice. Would recommend.
l had an issue with plumbing from this company and they made it right and didn't charge me gave me back my money,they also serviced my air conditioning free of charge,Chris came out and he was professional and knew what he was doing thank you Chris and thank you for making everything right

The plumber was honest and fixed a minor issue versus a major issue that I was quoted by someone else. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have used them in the passed and they have always been honest and professional.
Generous 2 stars, because it wasn’t the techs’ fault. Admin had the issue. They rescheduled us 4x and took almost a week to install a new water heater (after having us pay upfront- for service call and parts?!) Rescheduled us for Sat, then cancelled Sat AM, (3rd reschedule) claiming Ferguson’s (the water heater supplier) was closed so they rescheduled us for Monday - making us go nearly a week without hot water. I kept thinking about what she said.(It didn’t make sense.) I called. Fergusons said they were open Sat! Unbelievable!
Our ac went out at night, I requested a service call, they came to repair it the next morning. Oscar was wonderful. He explained what had happened, he repaired it, put more freeon in and went on his way. He was friendly, happy, honest and trustworthy. I will plan on using him and this company whenever I need help with our ac unit. Kudos to him and AirPro.
I've used them several times now. They handle everything, make payments easy and communicate any problems. They send me service reminders which I appreciate.

Brad from Air Pro Masters was on time & very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about my hot water heater and told me a few things I didn’t know about resetting the thermostat. My home warranty called them to come out. We were happy they called this company and sent Brad out. Thank you.
Service to install a water heater took much longer than anyone expected. The technician was good at his job but I was also expecting him to install new equipment which did not happen because the overflow tank was in the water heater so it was just a water heater installation. I'd like to still get an itemized receipt of the services that were provided and I'm still waiting on that. I was hoping that everything would be handled in a very professional and perfect and imperfect way but they were still hiccups
I have nothing but excellent reviews for this company. I have been using them for years and just recently their customer service and professionalism has reconfirmed why I do. From Christina, in their front office, to David, the service tech, my problem was diagnosed and fixed within 1 hour. At no time did Air Pro Masters try to up sell me and was honest and upfront from the get go. They are fair, courteous and considerate to their customers. Mike, their service manager is to be commended also for helping run a reliable and professional company. Thank you 🙏

Installed two a/c units and two heat pumps. They offered a sizeable state and federal rebate that practically made it two for the price of one. They also helped with setting up financing and made the whole project effortless on my part. I would highly recommend Air Pro Master
We have used them multiple times and always been great. Technicians are always on time, polite, and explain everything. Thier prices are always reasonable, I won't hesitate to call them again.
I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.
This is a contractor company through my home warranty and I wasn't sure what to expect but not only were they able to get me in the schedule a day earlier than originally quoted (thank goodness because the house was up to 88 degrees!), they also sent an awesome technician, Mason Reed. He was so polite and professional, and was able to solve the problem in about 20 minutes. He explained everything to me as well which I really appreciate as a female homeowner; some techs assume I don't know anything and am not interested in learning but it was really helpful to understand the process. He seemed genuinely excited to share his knowledge too! The scheduling personnel were very polite on the phone as well. All around excellent service and, while I hope I don't have a need for more repairs anytime soon, I'll make sure to request that my home warranty pairs me with Air Pro Master again!
