I told my warranty people that these people are BANDED from stepping into my house. Two times already they send these people only for the guy to say “oh I can’t do anything about this” “oh let me call my supervisor to see what he thinks” “oh it’s a liability we can’t do this” they wouldn’t even consider finding the problem and or go under the house. Like aren’t you a plumber?? The only thing that’s good is they are on time 🤷🏼‍♀️

Same experience as another reviewer. Advanced Home Services will damage your fixtures and blame you. Had this company repair my shower and bathtub faucets, and they damaged both. My bathtub faucet would not turn off. I had to shut off the main water for my house, and turn it on everytime we needed water. This happened a week before Thanksgiving. It finally got repaired by a different company in February of the new year. That company said the tech must have been new because he used all the wrong parts. Advanced Home Services accused me of sabotaging (their word) my pressure regulator which caused the leak. I didn't even know what a pressure regulator was, nor where it was located. The company that repaired my fixtures said my pressure regulator is old, and Advanced Home Services lied about my pressure because it was 20psi less than what they said. I explained how unprofessional their tech was. They had me explain what he did on speaker phone so others including the tech were there listening to the call. After explaining my horrible experience, they never apologized and accused the customer. Now I've read other customers experience the same. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. DON'T RISK YOUR PLUMBING BEING PERMANENTLY DAMAGED. POSITIVE REVIEWS NOW ARE MOSTLY FAKE ACCOUNTS CREATED BY OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY. Most other HVAC and plumbing companies are all the same. I can't speak for others, but don't risk losing thousands more to this company. There should be a class action lawsuit held against them.

Had some issues with our garbage disposal and Sam went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional from start to finish. First and foremost, Sam displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise. He arrived right on time, fully equipped with all the necessary tools and replacement parts. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he took the time to explain the entire process to me, answering all my questions patiently. When you talk to Sam, you know that he truly knows his trade. I felt confident in his abilities right from the start. When it came to the actual replacement of the garbage disposal, Sam's skill and efficiency were truly commendable. He carefully removed the old unit and installed the new one with precision and attention to detail. What impressed me the most was his meticulousness in ensuring that everything was securely fastened and properly aligned. He even took the time to test the new garbage disposal thoroughly to ensure it was functioning perfectly. In addition to his technical expertise, Sam's customer service was outstanding. He treated my home with respect, wearing protective shoe booties and cleaning up any debris after completing the job. He also provided me with some valuable tips on how to maintain my new garbage disposal and prevent future issues. It's clear that Sam genuinely cares about his customers and wants to ensure their satisfaction. Overall, I cannot recommend Same highly enough. My AC stopped blowing cool air and I was able to quickly schedule an appointment. I was notified via text when my technician was on his way and it even shows the location. Cody was my tech and he was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Everything is fixed and I have cold air blowing again! Satisfied, will use again.

The technician, Jorge came here, he saw that my toilet wasn’t flushing and yet he submitted a diagnosis saying the exact opposite to my home warranty. The tech stood in my house telling me how he saw the flush wasn’t working but decided to change his mind later on. Don’t go with these guys.

For a company that had such bad reviews, especially when dealing with home insurance, I expected the worst but that wasn’t the case. The technician (Joe) showed up at my house within the given time frame and he even gave me a 30 minute heads up that he was on the way. He was very thorough on trying to identify the problem and tried to fix it. Unfortunately he couldn’t but he knew what the issue was so he ordered the part (gas valve) and told me it would be 1-3 days to receive it directly to my house and that I would need to call his office to schedule the installation. I received the part in 2 days and I called the office thinking it would be another couple of days before they could come but to my surprise they said they would have a technician come that same day! The same tech Joe showed up at my house in an hour and installed the part in 15 minutes. Problem solved!

Update... Shopped around and got 2.5 ton AC unit for $7000 somewhere else... do your research and do not buy from these guys. I used this company for an AC replacement at my place of business. They installed a 4 ton unit for $8500 2 months ago, so I decided to use them for my home needs. They just quoted me $10,500 for a 2 ton unit for my home, due to price increasing... Absolute robbery.

The place I am renting uses a warranty company that uses this company. They received a work order for my property a week ago and they were suppose to call to schedule an appointment. Never got the call. Called after the work week went by and the warrant company reached out to them again and spoke with them and the agent said the technician will call me in the next 3 mins to schedule an appointment. Never heard from them. In the meantime I can’t do laundry because of back flow and no one can give me a simple call back. Do not use them or American home shield. If they can’t keep their word to call back in 5 mins then I can’t imagine how their warranty is. Completely unprofessional

The valve behind our fridge was leaking so we requested a work order to get it fixed. Houston (plumber) tried to tell my boyfriend it wasn't a plumbing issue without even looking at the valve and my bf had to move the fridge himself just so he can look at it then he said it is a plumbing issue. He fixed the leak however he also left a huge hole on the wall behind our fridge after fixing the leak and said it wasn't his job to repair that even tho it was something he created. I'm very confused why he couldn't look behind the fridge in the first place and why he can just leave a hole in my wall and not fix it? I've added the picture of the hole in wall he left.

They replaced a shower cartridge in the shower through the American Home Shield warranty with the wrong cartridge. It took a week to get ahold of them and when they come they said they had to come back to fix it! I had running water running $$ a full bath every two hours. I had to call a plumber right away to stop the leak. When he arrived he tried to dismiss his responsibility because I called another plumber to cap off the leak while waiting a week for them with water pouring out! The faucet knob does not fit. First, the plumber said that is all they had, then said it is the correct part even though the knob doesn't fit. He said he had to call American Home Sheild for approval but instead he called them and said the leak was my fault and then tried to provide me a quote to fix it but I simply escorted him off my property.

TOTAL RIP OFF!!! AFTER CALLING AMERICAN HOME SHIELD FOR OVER A MONTH TO GET THE REPAIR REQUEST CORRECT, THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY SENT OUT SOME TECH WITH BAD BREATH BY THE NAME OF HOUSTON WHO DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO BRING HIS TOOLS IN THE HOUSE. WHEN HE ARRIVED AT THE DOOR, I ASKED HIM WHERE HIS TOOLS WERE AND HE SAID HE WANTED TO LOOK AT THE REPAIR FIRST. HE LITERALLY WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE AND SAID WHAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE REPAIRED, LIKE WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL WAS LEAKING IN OUR HOUSE!! HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY TOOLS OR PARTS TO REPAIR ANYTHING!!! I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AMERICAN HOME SHIELD AND TOLD THEM DO NOT SEND HIM BACK!!! THE HOME OWNERS WARRANTY CAME WITH THE HOUSE, AND WILL BE CANCELLED WHEN IT EXPIRES. IF THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO HIDE IT!! DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!

Stay away from Advanced Home Services. Just read the reviews they dont want to do the work thats covered by warranty services. They are a bunch of liars and incompetent! They You have been warned they do shoddy plumbing Home warranty work. They just came out to fix a leak and put in a new Fill valve that didnt work. It flooded the bathroom, and never fixed the shut off valve which the plumber knew was not working but never fixed it. Then called back from American Home Shield to fix the fill valve the guy said that they never came out the first time, lying once again when it was Advanced that did the incompetent work. The guy just showed up not calling ahead of time, said that he doesn't have the fill valve on his truck and has to get approval from the AHS which is another lie, wasting my time waiting for him to arrive. Then telling American Home Shield that I threatened him and was abusive to him . Don't use this company if you want competent plumbing services and don't want your house getting flooded!

My husband is a retired electrician, an old timer and have lived in Las Vegas, NV for 22 years. When it comes to repairs in this city, it is a rip you off town; if they sense ignorance [we were not, see below], most will take advantage of that. The scenario was to throw parts at it until we get it, as in "if the safety switch replacement does not work [ordered this part for first try], I will be back and will try the Inducer motor next." This clown did not even have a VOM to measure, just a jump wire and was the greasy plumber type, as in no booties, filthy hands and ladder [put down my own tarp]. After initial visit, the manager called us the next day for the part install [in fairness that was a plus]. Cut to the chase: when I asked the manager what were the TECH’S READINGS on the system, they withdrew from the repair [as in you are on to us / could not give]. The next professional HVAC tech got it correct: said the only issue was the circuit board and he was correct/repaired. ALL ELSE ON THE HEATING SYSTEM CHECKED OUT. He was honest, humble and knew how to respect one’s property. CRITICAL: IF THEY DO NOT METER YOUR SYSTEM, RUN LIKE HELL; it is not possible to CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE any system without doing this at the get go. As another rater fairly stated: “Maybe this company wasn't this shady and broken in the past, as the old reviews reflect, but they have been for awhile,” Last 6 months nearly all 1 Star.

Just wanted to say that Joe was GREAT ! Scheduled times was 11-2. He arrived at 1100. Was friendly and solved my issue right away. He didn't try to fluff up the problem to increase the bill. I feel they are a truly reputable company. Will definitely use again.

As most other recent reviews point out, this company doesn't treat it's customers well. Their customer service doesn't exist, they're in a rush, and as a matter of practice they find ways to describe problems that avoid them being covered to get higher rates from customers than warranty contracts. If they're your assigned service provider, you might as well not even have a home warranty. Oh, and they try like hell to get you to pay before the work is done despite the warranty company stating it is to be collected after work is complete. Maybe this company wasn't this shady and broken in the past, as the old reviews reflect, but they have been for awhile.

A one star for Advanced Home Services is more than they deserve. My experience with this company is no different than the many negative reviews left by other home owners who were assigned repair service by Advanced Home Services though a home warranty company. Advanced Home Services reported unnecessary expenses to my home warranty company which would have total almost a thousand dollars out of pocket for service not covered under the home warranty. Thank goodness I requested a second opinion and realized I was being lied to. Not an honest company. Stay away!!

Do not use this company if you don't want to be lied to and not get your money back after nothing was done. This company is under contract with my home warranty. They came out after the times they told me they would be here. David was the technician who came out. He gets up and puts his head into my attic and takes pictures and says that he is to big and he will send someone who is smaller.he never even tries to get in. So how much information can you get with a quick glance? I hear nothing, nothing from them. I call a day later and whoever answered the phone told me the report that David submitted was that the duct I'm having issues with is inaccessible based on the pictures and they can't do anything to help me. So he blatantly lied to me. Despite the duct I'm having problems with is within 6 feet of the attic opening now I don't know anything about this kind of thing but I've had people in the attic before. So why is it a problem now. No one can tell me and my warranty company refuses a refund because this company says my attic, not my duct is inaccessible. And it's not covered so no refund. Really? This company is a joke. And yet again just people who don't want to do thier jobs. Save yourself money and hassle and don't use this company.

WORST AC COMPANY IN VEGAS. Scammers!!!! They charge for services that aren't completed. DON'T ALLOW THEM ONTO YOUR PROPERTY! ALSO They released Freon without a recovery tank and sprayed oil all over my condensing unit( Illegal under Section 608 EPA)
