My air conditioning was not working, Thomas was so kind throughout explaining everything to me and also very patient with all my questions. He told us what needed to be done and made sure that everything was going to work properly before he left. I’m so happy to have my air conditioning back!!!
We needed to have an outdoor hose bib replaced and after cancelling with another company we scheduled an appointment with Active Plumbing. They were quick to set an appointment, didn’t charge extra for service on a Sunday, arrived on time and quickly had the job done despite complications. Glad we scheduled with Active Plumbing and AC!
Isaac from Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning made us VERY comfortable with having him in our home for an RO unit install. I highly recommend Isaac because of his respect, knowledge and experience of his work. We also recommend Thomas who came out to tune-up our air conditioning unit and he changed our filters (including one that we didn't know about)! Thank you Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning for hiring and having respectful, kind and well knowledged employees!

Two months ago I had water coming through my downstairs air vent with no idea why or how. Active showed up within the hour to help and they fixed the seal. Then, today, my shut off valve would NOT shut the water off. So I called them again, and sure enough Isaac was here within the hour to replace it. The job was quick. The price was fair. And so I'll continue to use them in the future. Happy with them all around both times. These guys are solid.
He came on time and educated us on questions we asked. Very polite. Loved how fast the came and got my AC running again.

I called up a plumber to swap out a flapper in my toilet bowl. He literally replaced this part with old part from his truck and hooked it with a washer -see photo.He then asked for 280$ for repair. THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETE RIP OFF. Be aware before calling them. The plumber tried to rip a military member off on a Memorial Day weekend.
Very fast response time. A/C went out overnight and called first thing in the morning. Technician dispatched shortly after. New parts replaced. TL was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.
Had a fantastic rep named Joshua (Ginger) come out for a quote. He was honest and upfront about everything. Very professional and relatable. Will definitely be calling him when/If we need to pull the trigger on a new AC unit!
I normally never leave reviews for any company because most of the time they just do the bare minimum to bandaid the issues, however this company (THOMAS) came out immediately when my air went out, saw what the problem was with my HVAC unit, fixed it quickly & was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly & efficient !! I cannot say enough wonderful words for the tech Thomas & the company!!! Please spread the word about this company!! Many praises for you !!
The service was timely, efficient and friendly. I have dealt with several other companies but I will definitely use Active whenever I have a Plumbing or A/C issue.

I had called looking for a part to Perform a diy unit repair(not recommended, hire a professional) Carl had spoken to me about a number of different scenarios. But he had taken the time to actually try to help me vs the handful of other companies I had called, who essentially hung up on me. I know my unit is on its last leg and when I pull the trigger on one, I will be calling Carl at active due to the quality of customer service he provided. I couldn't thank him for appreciate him enough for the amount of information he provided for the impending day when I will need to get a new unit. I will choosing active to perform the task!!
I used A/C plumbing for water heater flushing and anode rod exchange as well as A/C tune up and Nest installation. They also installed a whole house water filtering system on my house. The quality of their workmanship is good; they are reliable and their technicians are experienced.
Tony's service was excellent. Would definitely recommend the company to my friends.
