I received a quote for $1100 for gas valve replacement due to no heat downstairs. I called legacy air for second opinion was told my gas valve did not need replacing the tech checked everything and had the heat blowing in an hour and I only had to pay $99 service fee. Big difference from $1100!

AC Plus and their team went above and beyond for me. My AC stopped working and they came out the next morning. The technician was able to diagnose the problem, get the part, and fix it all in the same day!
Matt is my hero! Had another guy from a different company out who sounded like he either didn't know what he was doing or was trying to mark me up. Matt and Francisco were both very quick to respond. Matt got out here quickly, walked me through everything, and explained what the issue was. Very friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with for sure. AC Plus is now my go to for any HVAC needs.
Matt has gone out of his way to help me with my AC repair for two months because my home warranty has been horrible! I reached out to him for a second opinion and he has answered all my questions, without even selling me anything. He is honest, reliable, understanding, and goes above and beyond for his customers. I would only use AC Plus for my home.
AC / Furnace Repair Vegas / Henderson. I'd just like to say that I've had great experiences with AC Plus. Our AC has gone out and later our furnace on our older home - of course, both at the worst times. There was a failure of one of the ac units which was not a fault of AC plus but rather the manufacturer. They came back in and replaced the faulty equipment. Matt and company provided quick service and very reasonable prices. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I called this company and man did they deliver. Not only were the prices much better than any other quote, their service was superior. They installed two units after our old units were outdated. The new system is quiet and efficient.

I called two companies as I just purchased a older home and was from out of town. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years but did not have any relationships here in Vegas , I know when I find a good company and Matt was very professional. The finish product tearing out the old system and installing a new heating and cooling was done to perfection.
I was very pleased with the service from AC PLUS Heating & Air Conditioning Service. The tech (Josh) was knowledgeable and professional. He identified and repaired the problem quickly. I will use them in the future if needed.
I don't usually write reviews but I am writing reviews all over the place for this company. Matt (the owner) and Francisco are trustworthy and caring for their customers, a breath of fresh air these days! I found them a bit over a year ago after dealing with other air conditioning companies who were nothing more than sharks trying to sell new units. I know this not just by our experience but by others also. I had an old heat pump and AC Plus babied it for us and kept it going as long as they could until finally, even we had to admit it was time to replace it. They were there with us, did what they could to save us as much as they could, had the old one out and the new one in, in a day with a new stand! These guys are polite, dependable, respectful, and know their business. We chose them on reviews and ratings alone and they are every bit of 5 stars and more. You won't be disappointed in this company!
They were early to my home and diagnosed the problem and explained several options. I went with a new heating and cooling system and they worked very hard for two days. Always prompt always professional and the price was better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone
They were fairly prompt considering the holidays. Seriously 2 hours later they were at my house. And were fairly quick to diagnose the issue. The pressure switch and a vent motor... which confused me because the motor was obviously running. (Could visibly see the motor fan turning.) So i declined the $800 quote... that i had to ask for. And decided to investigate myself. There was corrosion built up on the vent tube going to the switch. 20 seconds and a can of air later everything works with original parts. My recommendation? Avoid unless you like wasting money for parts you don't need.
My heater went out and I called them. Spoke with the owner Matt. He personally came out to my house within an hour of the initial phone call. He then went to get the part and even installed it in the rain! The service was Excellent!

I had some simple questions that no one seemed to be able to give a moment to answer when calling around. I called this company for an estimate and spoke with Matt, and he took a moment to listen to my issues and was more than able to answer them with confidence and without hesitation. This tells me these guys, or at least Matt, knows what they're doing. I WILL be going to them should I need any AC/Heating services, as my current issue did not require repair, more so a re-route of the drip line.
My neighbor recommended AC Plus when she heard I need to replace my entire AC unit. The best decision I made was following her recommendation. Matt and Francisco at AC Plus is top notch. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced compared to the other AC companies. Very detailed workmanship. Never suffered any heartburn dealing with quote, scheduling or payment. An honest small business. They even fixed the bad work of the developer's subcontractors at no extra charge. This is the company to go for your AC and heating needs and repairs. This is the first time using AC Plus. Seem to be knowledgeable and well spoken. We will see how their work turns out to be a good or bad. So far he seems to be very good.. I think I will go back when I need
This is a very nice man who owns this company. I didn't feel like I was feeding a woman eating piranhas thank GOD. I was quoted 150 and he gave me a break because I'm a nice woman LOL and chopped the bill more than half. I really appreciate honest companies and I highly recommend this guy. He's fast and efficient. And most of HONEST*****
Just got my AC fixed after 2 nights of no AC in this 110 degree weather. It was very rough but I called AC plus first thing this morning, technician to my house within 30 minutes, the technician left to get parts and was back to my house with AC up and running within 4 hrs of my initial call and the price was very fair and honest, as a single mom in the house I didn't worry that I was being taken advantage of, which sometimes happens with these home repairs I feel like! The communication was spot on and I'm just so so thankful that I called these guys!! Would def recommend their work! Thanks!!
