July 2, 2023 boiling hot reached out to three other companies. I know exactly what was wrong with it and could not get anyone to come out. Just needed it to top off my R10A coolant. My neighbor recommended Lance. And now I know why. This guy was here within hours of me, requesting him. Came out, identified the problem which is what I thought it was took care of it and basically try not to charge me anything. You don’t find people like this in this industry or hardly any industry. These guys are so reliable so honest. Unlike any home warranty AC company I’ve ever run into. Drop your home warranty use these guys! No sabotage tricks. Thanks again Lance for all your honest hard work!
Lance is seriously the best! He solved our A/C issue quickly! It gave me such a relief! With summer right around the corner I’m definitely having him come back to do a full service on my HVAC!

I called lance about my AC unit not working properly. He was able to come out in no time and fix it. Great work ethic very good at his job. Definitely recommending to anyone who needs any air conditioning help
On my 5th day of waiting for service or even a call from them, they don't even answer the phone and you can't even leave a message, it must be full of unhappy customers, my 3 kids and me dying in this heat, can't cook. My AC not working, wow never seen such horrible business. Never will I ever do business with them.
Lance was very knowledgeable and helpful. Exerted maximum effort to diagnose and attempt to repair a condenser that was damaged beyond repair. Once it was totally clear it was dead he replaced it quickly and professionally for a reasonable price. Will be my first call for any future HVAC issue.
Best HVAC repair experience I’ve ever had! They came to my house the same day and switched out the capacitor for no charge, then, showed me how the system worked for future reference. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs!
There I was minding my own business in the office. It was just like any other day during a Las Vegas summer. HOT. I was just about to head outside when I got a call from my wife. Not something I normally get at that time so I was immediately a little worried. And rightly so. She said the AC had broken and that the upstairs was 82 degrees. Now we have a set of two year old twins and several animals. If you have kids and animals you know that having a dangerously hot house is not an option. So after taking several steps to cool the house I called Lance. Every other company said the wait would be 24 hours for a tech but Lance said 2. If you e ever waited on an AC tech before you know how shocked I was. Sure enough he came by in 2 hours. In less than 5 minutes he spotted the problem (which 4 other people had missed btw), fixed it in less than 20 min, and was on his way with a polite smile and handshake. I was astounded. Lance’s service was phenomenal. I couldn’t have been more impressed. I’ll refer Lance to everyone I know in the area forever. Thanks Lance.
UNBELIEVABLE level of service. Lance is incredible. I’ve dealt with more than 8 HVAC technicians in Las Vegas in 7 years. Every time was terrible EXCEPT with Lance. He spotted a wiring issue that 4 other “professionals” missed. I couldn’t have been happier with his service. The problem was fixed in 20 minutes and the bill was fair. Lance you’re the best! I’ll refer everyone I know in LV to this business.
Let me start off by saying im a first time home buyer and knew nothing about full replacement of AC and Heating systems. I only knew its one of the most expensive things to have to replace on your home. So my ac went out when it was 108 and i called one of the bigger companies and they wanted 22k for my ac replacement. So i called another company through costco and it was 16k, i didnt have this kind of money to spend on this. Seemed high for one ac unit and the furnace in the attic. Then i searched for another company and found Lance and Absolute airconditioning. He owns the company and hes the one that came out and gave me an estimate that day for free. He came in at $7k for my particular system. And i couldnt believe it, the warranty is also great . I said, sold🤣🤣. His guys were there the next day and knocked the whole thing out in 6 hrs. My electric bill was cut in half since then. The proffesionalism of Lance and his crew was top notch. I have been referring everyone to him since that day. Thanks again Lance.
After the initial diagnosis, company never came back to do work, and never returned calls after stating he would call back. This review is for Absolute on N Teneya and the person who did the initial diagnosis was Lance.
I am speechless and happy to know that my home town Vegas still has men like Lance that is Honest, hardworking, professional and knows his job! I can’t thank you 🙏 enough Lance for coming out and saving my family from this tundra desert heat! Your business is always going to be around my family and friends. If you live in Vegas, Henderson or wherever in the valley ABSOLUTELY do not hesitate to call Lance at Absolute air conditioning and heating LLC. There is only one Absolute air conditioning and heating LLC so remember that!
I was very lucky Lance came out to service my unit. My AC unit lost power in the middle of the night and Lance was here the very next day. Right on time, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The reviews about him on here ARE REAL! He is a terrific guy and very helpful. Extremely affordable and honest. Saved his number for all of my future HVAC needs!!
A/C stopped working, so I called these guys. They are phenomenal! Very friendly, and knowledgeable. I had no appointment, but because of my desperate situation in this heat, they were able to work me into their schedule. They even provided me tips if I have issues in the future. I will only be calling these guys from now on. Lance runs an honest business, and has great guys working with him. I wish I could give them something higher than 5 stars. Thanks guys!
Lance was amazing! He returned my call right away and was able to fix my AC after hours! Others would have charged a large after hours fee, but not Lance! He is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service at an unbeatable price. We had two old ac units that needed to be replaced. We got several quotes and nobody even came close to Absolute Air Conditioning. The units were ordered and installed quickly. Lance and his crew worked extremely hard to be certain our new units were installed to our satisfaction. Lance even came back the next day to verify that the systems were working properly. We were so impressed with this company we asked that they replace our water heater. Again, the service was beyond expectation.
Lance Kich is the owner/operator AND technician that came out to my Seller's home to fix the A/C issue that was noted on the Home Inspection Report. Not only was he responsive in calling me back but he was able to come out diagnose the problem same day!! He told me what the issue was and what the fix was and he was REASONABLE!! He came back the very next day with parts and completed the job in a timely fashion!! Super reliable, super professional and he is going to be my new go-to guy for A/C & Heating!!! Highly recommend!!!
Great Service, Our down stairs air wasn't blowing cold. We were referred to Lance Koch so we called and set an appt at 10am, said they'd be there by 1pm, showed up a little early and had our A/C blowing cold within the hour. My husband and I will be recommending Absolute Air to everyone we know! Thank you so much for taken care of us!
