This review is long overdue! A1 Electric came out to my home a few months ago to install 2 additional electric outlets, so I could plug in a portable A/C unit in my garage. I got several quotes from other companies and A1 Electric by far had the best price and very reasonable! I spoke with Daniel several times and he was quick to respond and very professional and service oriented. The electrician Patricio that came out did a great job and was very polite and accomodating. They also did the same work for us a few years ago at our last house. Overall I'm very pleased and highly recommend A1 Electric!
I called them just before closing thinking my refrigerator had a freon leak. James sent a technician out within an hour! This employee (Archi) was not only knowledgeable, but went over and above to make sure I was safe. He checked for gas leaks inside and out to make sure I was safe. I not only plan on using them again for a different issue, but I highly recommend them! Kathryn Hoey
Amazing company and the employees have always gone out and beyond to make things exactly the way you want. Kind and friendly service that makes you feel like you're working with family. What a great Team to have such an amazing bond within Our Community. Keep up the spectacular Job A-1 Mechanical!
Service should have costed 500 to 700 but charged 300% to 400% more. Never quoted anything before doing the work. That's terrible
Did a walkthrough of my house and assessed the issues and then ghosted me.
Better than great. Clear communication, dependable service, calls ahead, shows up on time, this is the way you want a company to do business. Prompt, professional, expert diagnostician. I could not ask for more. Today you came to my rescue, promptly got me into your busy schedule, expertly diagnosed and repaired my AC system and got me and my family cool again. Thank you A-1 mechanical and electrical.
Once the temperature reached over 100 our AC went out. It was one of those "Oh NO!" moments. I was glad they were able to come out same day and arrived at 6pm and stayed until all systems checks had been made and we understood what to do and what to look for if it happened again. Basically - our air filters were pretty full (even though we change them 4x a year) and the coolant wasn't able to work. We had to turn the AC off for a few hours so the lines could defrost and work again. It was warm for 4 hours - but then it worked again! The tech advised we changed our filters every month in the summer - who knew!? It's so dusty and windy here, it can really clog things up. They checked back in with us the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Was very glad and appreciative it was a fix and not a unit replacement. Thanks A-1 and especially to Doug for explaining everything in terms we could understand.

They came out for my systems check up and discovered I need a new capacitor. That $80.00 part will save me thousands in power costs and extend the life of my compressor. That's why annual maintenance is sooooo important! Thanks Billy

Showed up at 3:50. Gave me an estimate that was unacceptable and told me that any time after 4/00 PM would be overtime. My window was given to be 12:00-4:00. I was NEVER told about overtime. But, when you show up at 3:50 and announce that in ten minutes the cost of labor just doubled. Very unhappy. Do not use the company. Total ripoff.
I've been using Brad and Jared for many years. I trust them. They have done wonderful work as well on both my AC (Electrical issue) and my furnace (cleaned and serviced). They are my go to for such issues and I have not been disappointed.
Worst customer service, they charged me and they never fixed it. All people in the team super rude.
Jason arrived quickly. Which is amazing on a Saturday night. He accessed the problem quickly & fixed our air conditioner. I am beyond happy as we have 2 small dogs & it is over 100 degrees out. Thank you Jason & A-1 so much.

Ramon was here on time and was.very helpful!! He fixed the A.C. and explained all that needed to be done!! Only took 20 minutes too!! Wow that's EXCELLENT service. Thank you.
