Had a new Trane system installed by another company who completely screwed up our duct work and dampers and could not fix their own mistakes- Donny with No Sweat came in and resolved all issues at a fair price- he kept me informed of progress the entire time- so Thankful for the entire teams professionalism.
Great service and trusted work. I had a issue with my heating unit and I made the called to No sweat. Within a few hours tech Donnie was at my home very promptly and ready to look at my unit. He was very informative and communicative about the service needed to complete the repair and get my unit working. Thank you soo much Donnie for getting heat back in my home promptly and efficiently with these cold Nevada winter.
These guys have helped me three times now and I won't call anyone else. They're transparent, quick, affordable, and absolutely no pushy sales. They always make a suggestion of what's best for the system - straight and to the point. Look no further!
USE THIS COMPANY! This review is an absolute pleasure to write. Donnie Vines, the Residential Service Manager, saved us $1,500 by properly assessing the situation! We called another company (absolutely horrific experience!) and their assessment was a new $1,5000 (at least) motor, but that the warranty wouldn't cover it - without verifying. I called No Sweat to get a second opinion, and it was the best decision ever. After his diagnostic, Donnie got on the phone, and within 5 minutes had confirmed the unit was still under warranty. Not only did he save us the money on the motor, he went the extra mile to go back to the office and get another part he recognized wasn't fitted properly which no doubt prevented further unnecessary maintenance. I can't say enough about how honest, thorough and earnest Donnie was to assess the problem, and FIX the problem. Use. This. Company. A++.
No Sweat saved me! I was dealing with another company that wasn’t sitting well with me and turns out I was right! Donnie at no sweat is a great honest guy! He let me know the drip pan/drain pipe was not executed correctly from the previous company I was working with and gave me a good cash deal on a whole new AC system. This company is very responsive and got the job done in less than 8 hours!! That’s quick work for a whole new system. Now my AC is working great with no leaks!! Thanks Donnie and Crew!!
Got home from a family trip to a hot house. Found out our blower motor was not working, also was a Sunday when most companies were closed and wouldn’t make it to us until the following day. Made a call to No Sweat and they came to the rescue not only promptly but service was super professional and got us back up and running within hours! I couldn’t be happier with this Buisness and will recommend to everyone, not only for residential but for my restaurant Buisness as well! Thank you No Sweat Air repair!!!!!!!
Donny is the service manager and he came out to diagnose our problem himself because our system went out again after another company failed to properly diagnose and fix the issue. He figured out the problem, fixed it, and referred us to one of his electricians to fix another electrical issue. Very thankful to finally be cool after two days of no air conditioning in 111 degree heat.
Great service! I had called around a few places when one of our A/C units started acting funny and the soonest I was getting an appointment was 2 days out. I was so glad I stumbled upon No Sweat. Donnie was over within a couple hours and got us back up and running which is worth a lot when it’s 115° out. He was very friendly and informative and quickly repaired what could have been a fire hazard. On top of all that, it was very affordable. I will gladly recommend Donnie and this business to anyone in need of HVAC service.
Oh my God do not call this company they are overpriced, and the receptionist is a very sensitive uneducated uninformed young woman who complains that she is being harassed when customers try to call them and get information. This is a rinky dink operation and you should not ever waste your time calling this number. I would call a professional company instead. Terrible receptionist, to an experience and is losing a lot of business for the company. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!!!!!
Just an amazing experience with this company. Everyone was so nice and really cared about my AC problem. Totally different than what I’m used to. Donnie and his team were very timely and super friendly. Their customer service, timelines and quality of work makes it a no brainier for me when I need to get any AC work done at my home in the future.
AMAZING customer service! I called Sunday and picked the first place that came up on google with the best ratings. Best decision ever!! Donny (hope I spelled it right!) answered and was so sweet, kind, and dependable. He let me know a couple of things I can try to save me a service charge. I tried, and it didn’t want. I went ahead and called him this morning and within an hour he was at my house ready to fix it. He was fast, trustworthy and just overall amazing. I have a home warranty, however they are horrible! I was more than happy to pay the price I did because I knew it was going to be fixed correctly. I let him know he is officially my AC tech and I couldn’t be happier!
I signed up for No Sweat's maintenance program and Don came out and did a very thorough inspection of the entire system. He took the time to explain his findings in layman's terms and did not try to upsell me at all. He was straightforward about issues I should look out for and how much life my 16 year old units had left. He was punctual, professional and his expertise is second to none. I highly recommend giving them a call for any HVAC work you need done.
Was an awesome company to hire. The service was great and on time. No extra hidden fees. The installation guys were amazing, kind and thoughtful. They did amazing work and left everything very clean. Would definitely use them again and recommend their services to my best friends.

We have had various issues with our original A/C unit that was with the house when we built it. Donnie at no sweat has been there every time to help us solve our problem correctly where I imagine most would have tried to get me to buy a whole new unit. Very honest and trusting work. I will keep my business there and always happy to suggest it to my friends and family. Workmanship is always top notch, friendly attitude, and helpful advice. This isn't an easy job to do in the heat of Vegas. Thanks for all you do!
Specifically I want to point out that Donnie Vines is the absolute best. He worked SO hard and gave me multiple options to fix my particular situation. He explained everything clearly so I could understand it and knew exactly what I was paying for. My ac units were working correctly but my master bedroom was not getting enough airflow. I called the tech and he ran a second set of ductwork along with a register to increase airflow to the room. He set it up to cool the master bedroom more but not take too much from the other rooms. All the work was completed in a few hours and looks like it was done by the home builders.
My AC was just not getting cold enough..the compressor is not quite 4 years old so I was concerned and it’s boiling hot outside. I don’t need a failure during a heatwave.. I heard about Donnie from a neighbor so I called for a service call. He was on time, began testing the outdoor unit right away and showed me the values and explained how to read them...he then climbed up to my cool air return, took out the old filters and replaced with new ones..then he decided to climb into the attic to look at the coils and what was going on with the attic unit. Basically the two units do not match, I don’t have enough insulation in my attic, and my attic vent tubes need some adjusting. Possibly need a vent fan to move air to the extra warm bedrooms.. I was very impressed with his integrity, hard work and HONESTY. So rare in the service industry these days. He said eventually I will need to replace the attic unit but not to replace right away, but start saving up and invest in compatible units. He took the time to explain the different AC manufacturers, the pros and the cons and what to start looking for....I regret buying a cheap brand Goodman (don’t buy it) 4 years ago as its loud and was not a good fit for the attic unit..I was mislead by another AC dealer. When it’s time to do full house AC replacement I will use No Sweat AC and have it done right by honest people...
