Our AC went out the day we had family coming into town from Illinois. We got one quote from a different company but we felt we should get a second opinion and I am SO glad we did. Zack took one look at our AC unit and knew exactly what was wrong! He was here in 45 minutes of us calling and got us quoted. They came the same day to install and saved us about $5K compared to the quote we got from another company. These guys are skilled, knowledgeable and quick. If you need AC repair or install, this is the team to go to.

I have been a customer of Techcool AC repair Las Vegas for several years, and the longevity makes a statement. The customer service of its employees goes beyond the call of duty. Over the decades, I have been in a couple of emergency situations, and AC repair Las Vegas had my back and was there to support me. Most recently, Mary made it possible for me to get service when it’s work load was scheduled out for a couple of days. Before days end, Juan showed up. Professionalism, kindness and caring is exercised at Elite. I would recommend AC repair Las Vegas to all, and I’m so appreciative to know it’s integrity which also makes a statement.

These guys are incredible. They did an excellent job repairing a broken shower/bath valve. They are fair, honest, and open. What more could you ask for?
He is incredible. We phoned him since our previous electrician had not done a good job. We were continuously changing light bulbs and had no idea why. So we called him to check if there was an issue. He called me soon back and arrived an hour later. He showed us the problem and then repaired it. He is a generous man and, without a doubt, the BEST electrician. I wholeheartedly suggest him to everyone!!!
In response to a request to remove my electric car charger from my home, a technician responded and arrived the same day. He was also able to install at the new house a few days later. Tech and his assistant were really responsive, prompt, and professional. Furthermore, the estimates were exactly as quoted. I strongly suggest it.
He and his crew are excellent and trustworthy plumbers. I called them to come fix a leak that had started on one of the three water heaters they installed 1.5 years ago; not only did they fix the leak for free, but they also noted some ventilation issues that needed to be addressed (by a plumber who is no longer with them) and scheduled a follow-up to redo the ventilation, which they did for free to honour their original commitment. He will undoubtedly be our plumber of choice in the future.
He and his team came to the rescue. We didn't have any hot water. They arrived immediately. Within twenty minutes of arriving, a thermocouple was changed and hot water was established. Professional and courteous. I'll be using them again. Thank you very much.
These guys provided excellent service and were extremely courteous. When I discovered that I had a gas leak in my home, I immediately called, and they came out and fixed the problem. I would call them again if I had a problem because they are very good at what they do. It may be a little pricey, but it is well worth the call.
The plumber arrived at our property the same day we phoned to inspect our sewer lateral system. Despite simply being contacted for the camera scope, he went above and above by contacting us directly to the Sewer Lateral Inspector and advised us on the best strategy to repair our current system. He's a good, honest man, and that counts for a lot in my book!

I especially appreciated your expertise of the ancient plumbing in the flat and your advice on what we should do in the future to avoid water loss. I'm sure you'll see a difference in my next water bill as a result of your efforts. When we ultimately renovate that bathroom, it will be the first service I call.
I've had them out for two tasks in the last several months, and each times they've nailed it. Both tasks were producing some awful odours in my basement office - a horrible DIY plumbing work from the past being the worst of it, but the bad, but different scents returned after a few of months. Our antique kitchen drain line had entirely rusted, resulting in standing water, bugs, flies, and rodents partying in my crawlspace - GROSS!!!
Plumber arrived and was extremely informed and unobtrusive while performing the work. Gave me recommendations and completed the project on time. This firm has now been added to my contacts, as I want to continue giving them my business, hopefully not anytime soon.
We live in an ancient house with original water pipes. We'd called another firm for a bid on replacing all of the old copper pipes, and they both promised faster service and a lower price! Were extremely professional, courteous, and far beyond our expectations. Unlike the other quote we received, the vertical pipes to our shower and sinks were also changed, so we are now certain that if additional problems emerge, they will not be related to our plumbing. We will definitely contact them again, and we are grateful to have had such a wonderful experience with them. Thank you very much!
I used them twice and both times they were excellent. Scheduling with him is a breeze. We had a technician today. He not only completed the job quickly and completely, but he was also really pleasant and answered all of my concerns. I've added Aqualine to my contact list because I enjoy them so much. With numerous rental houses, I need a plumber on whom I can trust. Thank you very much! Excellent job!
My plumber was excellent! He arrived on time after informing me that he was on his way. Was wary about social distance. He's a really kind man. AND, my drain is now operational, which makes me very happy! I've already recommended them to numerous individuals, and I definitely recommend their company!
I needed a new water heater, and Aqualine delivered! Their estimate was in the centre of the quotations I got, and I had previously employed them on two other jobs and was really pleased with their work. I wholeheartedly endorse!
These guys are fantastic - timely, dependable, extremely knowledgeable, and some of the nicest people in the service industry. I've probably used them 5 times already, for anything from repairing a leaky toilet to installing a kitchen faucet to detecting a slow leak. I will never employ another plumber if I had the option!
