Our condensation line leaked throught the ceiling. Called for an appointment. Friendly service and professional response. On the day of our service call, Carlos was here right on time. Friendly, Professional, Courteous. Went right to work. When he was finished he expalined what our problem was, how it needed to be fixed and what he did to correct the issue. I could not have asked for better service. Carlos is an asset to your company. In the past I have trained employees on customer service for a large Las Vegas company. Carlos has the intrinsic qualities every company strives to achieve regarding customer service. Thank you Carlos for a job well done!

I have used Gibson for many years and have always been happy with their professional service. Scott came to our home and inspected the heating system and changed the filters. He arrived within the two hour window of time and did a great job.
We have been using Gibson Air since we moved to Las Vegas 12 years ago. Have never been disappointed; Ken has come out to our residence on many occasions and always very professional and friendly. Ken explains everything and makes sure we are completely satisfied before leaving. Thank you Ken and Gibson Air; see you again in six months.😀

I have been using Gibson Air for about 12 years. I just recently had my whole HVAC system replaced. The technician Robbie T. was professional, friendly and very thorough on his work. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained every question I had. They are always on time and so courteous. I would highly recommend Gibson Air and Robbie T.
They caused an issue when doing some of my ducting but they did come back out and redo it at no cost
Fast and reliable HVAC company in Las Vegas! My parents live in Henderson and their air conditioner stopped working, Gibson Air came right away and was able to fully explain the issues. Friendly staff and great prices, they even had an AC repair coupon that we used!
I hired this company to come and fixed my broken heater i told them in advance that i have bid from another co and compressor is bad they came and charges me double of what other company charged and they did not even give me an estimate i called and talked to manager name David he said he can not give me estimate because the part is not available i did some research found the part on line . this company is a ripe off .
You are the very best in customer service, Jared, the gentleman who serviced our heating unit was knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived at the time we agreed upon. We have been using Gibson Air for a number of years and will continue to do so. We highly recommend Gibson Air!

HAVE USED GIBSON AIR FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND PURCHASED A NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER FROM THEM. I HAVE THEM SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT ANNUALLY. VERY SATISFIED WITH WORK THEY DO.
Air Conditioning is so important in Las Vegas, we are so thankful to have found Gibson Air Conditioning for our needs this week when the coolers went our in our shop. They had it up and running saving us THOUSANDS. I appreciate a company that will repair a unit when it is possible (even though this was a tough hot install). Great staff and I loved our technicians attitude and kindness. Thank you to the office manager for her honesty and quick response. My employees thank you too!!
$670 to replace a fan motor? This is a job I did myself in about an hour with under $140 in parts. Shameful.
Techs are always on time and very courteous. Steve B fully explained what service actions were to be performed and answered all our questions. Our experience with Gibson Air is going on 10 years and we have always had great service.

I would highly recommend Gibson Air. Same day service with a technician (Jamie) that was professional,courteous and knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem we were offered numerous options for repair or replacement. They scheduled me in sooner than expected and completed the job in a timely manner. All that and GREAT PRICES, give them a call you wont be disappointed.
