Horrid
Very happy with Enix Mechanical services and highly recommend. I returned from Holiday travel to no heat, cold air blowing out of furnace-cold day in Las Vegas and freezing in my home. Nervous as my systems are very old, 17 years! Called Enix on January 2nd "New years observance day". Enix, customer service Monica contacted me back within seconds of my message. Dispatched service within 2 hours. Joel the tech arrived, he was professional and prompt. Found a hose that was scaled up and clogged on my furnace and cleaned it and now heat is working. Very nervous this could have been much worse and expensive, NOT! Joel said the previous owners took good care of your system. Very pleased with Enix, service, communication and will certainly be using them and referring them to everyone I know from here on out. Thank you Enix.

Disappointed
Extremely unprofessional. I called Sunday to get my Air Conditioner for my home repaired. I received an appointment confirmed by Suzanne for the hours of 12pm to 4pm on the upcoming Tuesday. It is now Tuesday near 2pm, no one has showed. I called to follow up, and the scheduler says I was not put on their list and nothing can be done now til Friday. I booked a hotel for a few nights to escape the extreme heat, drove back home today just to meet up with the repair guy, only for them to waste my time. They told me to find someone else now.
I do not recommend this company, too many problems to list... just do yourself a favor and do not waste your time
If you are looking for an honest, professional company that won’t sell you something you don’t need, you should call ENIX Mechanical. They came to my house because my unit wasn’t working. The guy said the compressor was bad. He explained that they could replace the compressor but also showed me the benefits of replacing my unit with a higher efficiency unit that would save me on my NV energy bill. He gave me the options so I could choose. Our unit is 16 yrs old so putting a new compressor in it did make much sense so we went with the new unit. They showed up the next day and installed it. I would highly recommend ENIX Mechanical for all your AC needs.
When I renovated my house, I had Enix Air come out to put a new system for the room added. They had the unit and all ductwork done in no time. Clean, efficient and super friendly! So it was a no brainer to call them when my older unit needed repair. I called, they came quickly. It was the middle of summer so it could have taken weeks but it didn’t. Had that fixed in no time! I would recommend Enix Air.

Technicians are not experienced, literally googling for answers. Never show up on-time and try to say they said a different time despite having their time in writing. Do not hire this lady dumpster fire to work on your system.
I have done business with Enix for several years now on many new construction project and find their team work and quality of work to be way ahead of the scale. Joshua was great very knowledgeable, showed up on time and was very honest about our system.
They drive with no regards for anyone on the road. Came within 6 inches of being sodeswiped by one of their lime green trucks and the driver proceeded to flip me off. Reap professional guys
A friend who is a builder suggested I call Enix for an estimate to replace my 2 aging air conditioning units. Enix showed up a few minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment, they gave me a thorough estimate. The representative was very knowledgeable, did not try to up sell me, actually talked me out of a larger, inferior unit that was recommended by another a/c company. They did the work exactly as stated in the estimate. The new units cool much faster and are more energy efficient. Better cooling with less expense, as promised. Great, knowledgeable service at a very competitive price. Highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Enix Mechanical for air conditioner repair. They responded promptly and the tech was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He identified the problem, had the part and fixed our system in under 2hrs! All that without leaving any mess! I wouldn't use anyone else.
