Called at Noon and service was done at three the same day. Analyzed the problem and repaired in a timely manner. Pricing was very fair, and done professionally. Everything was explained so there was full transparency. Highly recommend this company.

A faucet was inadvertently damaged by the Black Mountain technician and he informed me of the situation. He committed to replacing the faucet which he did this morning and clean the fan coils as an extra favor. I’ve been dealing with Black Mountain for about 3 years and they do not disappoint me with their customer service and follow up.

If I could give Black Mountain 100 stars I would. I contacted Black Mountain Air in order to come out and do a diagnostic visit for my air conditioner. Michael was our tech. He did an amazing job especially when it came to explaining things to us that we could understand. He did a thorough job checking everything. Michael found what the noise was that we were experiencing when our air conditioner fan turned off and resolved the problem. I would totally recommend Black Mountain Air.

The heating/cooling company I had for the last ten years is no longer in business. I used Black Mountain Air for the first time for my spring/summer air conditioning check-up. Andrew was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what was going on as he answered whatever questions I had. Couldn't be happier with the service and reasonable pricing. I'll definitely be using them for the fall/winter heating check-up and should any other issues need attention.
I've used Black Mountain Air the past 6 years. Recently, I had my AC system replaced through them. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day and into the early evening as they had a few glitches. The three technicians were professional, friendly, and respected my home. They cleaned everything well after the install and answered any questions I had. I also commend them for being patient and kind with my two older dogs. I highly recommend them for AC repair or installs.

This company hands down has always been amazing with us. One summer it was really hot and our ac went out on a Saturday bi told them it was too hot for my baby. They were at my house in an hour the guy looked at my husky and said that's your baby? I said yes lol he didn't't mind and we have used them ever since. It's been 8 years. Great customer service if you ask me
I've used Black Mountain Air for several years to inspect my HVAC system. They are thorough, don't try to upsell you, and always let you know what's working well and what may need replacement down the line. Excellent service.
