It's been 2 months now since my furnace stopped working. After several trips out to my house and $2000 later my furnace still isn't working. This isn't right and I feel like Ive been taken advantage of.
Haven't seen the bill yet, but loved that they fixed our Rheem heater as quickly as they did. Motherboard problem had me stumped & frustrated...and it was 12 degrees outside that night.

I called when they open and within and hour a service guy named Dave came and have our Air Conditioning running. Happy customer here. Thank you.

Oasis put in a new AC and furnace at our house last spring. Craig and his team were AMAZING. Super professional, great price and everything happened right on schedule. I can’t recommend them enough!

Furnace fan would keep running and thermostat controller said had no power. Called Oasis A/c and heating based on their google reviews and call was quickly answer and a technician sent out within the hour. Took them 5 minutes to diagnosis it was a limit switch. Replaced and everything is back up and running. Super professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company for any of the A/C or heating needs.

Not only did a service man (Rob) come out when it was 106° but came early the next morning instead of the afternoon as I was told when I called. He was able to fix the problem and had my house cool for under $200. The weeks earlier when having issues with my unit freezing up. I had called another AC repair place and after they came out they told me there was nothing that could be done, that I needed a new unit that would cost me between $5000/$7000. Rob was pleasant and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be a return customer.
Was told I was up for an appointment then we got a no show, when we called they claimed we were never on their appointment board and would call us to schedule it's been 4 days and have still not received anything. We ended up going with someone else
