Our company hired Just In Time, because they got us a quote in a timely manner, and the quote was reasonable! They arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work. From Justin, to the office gals, to the techs, these people are kind, courteous and professional. 10 out of 10 recommend!
They resolved a misunderstanding and were very polite and generously offered to work with us!
Made an appointment with this company and waited almost two weeks with the cold nights with our newborn baby and they call the day before the appointment to try to push it out another 8 days... We love a block away from them too. smh

They were professional from beginning to end. Justin came out, gave us a quote in writing with 3 different options. We chose the option we wanted, and then obtained partial financing (which was very convenient). That was about 3 weeks ago. We were told they would install everything today. The technicians showed up first thing in the morning and worked hard all day long. They even cleaned up all of their mess. End result: brand new heating and air conditioning system that works amazing!! Thank you so much, Just in Time. You guys are awesome! We are extremely happy with your work and will refer you to anyone who asks us to recommend a heating or air conditioning professional!

Just In Time was extremely disappointing. They have no "field technicians " to send on service calls. So why are they in business?
Rip Off. They didn't clean the ceiling vents. Vacuumed the floor vents but did not clean them. Then charged $300
Made an appointment for them to come out to give us an estimate. But they never showed up or called.

I greatly appreciated the professional way in which the Just In Time team helped us to get our swamp cooler working. They literally went above and beyond to help us, even amidst my mistake of communicating too late in the day (I’m so sorry!!!), on a Friday, in which the team member made a special visit to our house to help. The receptionist was very patient with us and everyone we worked with was polite and friendly. Thank you! We look forward to working with them again (our heater may soon need maintenance!). I highly recommend this business.
