I have to tell you that if I ever need work done and they do the work I need, I will definitely use them. They came to my home and installed a new furnace and came back to do some other needed weatherization work, they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. So great to have that kind of service.

Simerson does excellent work. I have had the pleasure of working with them on multiple occasions from minor fixes to full renovations. There work is always done professionally, with a beautiful finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, loved ones, or strangers.
I have had all the windows replaced by the folks at Simerson and would recommend them to anyone using them for work on their house. The quality and more important the concern for the high level of work and craftsmanship being done is appreciated. While they were replacing one of our windows I overheard the supervisor as he was teaching one of the workers. I heard him explain the different ways to complete the job and that while some approaches may be quicker and have no visible difference to the homeowner the method they were following would result in a better quality window installation. That high level of craftsmanship is really impressive and should be considered.
I heard many great things about this company so I decided to choose them for work on my construction needs. From the initial phone call to the close of the project, each and every employee I worked with was very professional and friendly. I am highly satisfied with the work done and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Simerson for all your hard work.
Dru has done work on my home, installing a concrete patio and outdoor shade. He was responsive, kind and completed in time for a party we were hosting. We are very happy with the quality of work and would recommend again.
Have worked with Simerson Construction many times on several residential remodels. They are friendly, professional and do a really great job. Their kitchen remodels are stunning and I am always satisfied with their work.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This company does shoddy work. There is no care that goes into their work-they are careless and messy. I would never ever use or recommend Simerson Construction. Thumbs down. -I am not going to provide personal information on a public forum but can provide pictures that back up my statement of "shoddy" and "careless." Not sure how I can post them here but I can email them if you provide an address. Background: we bought our home from a flip company. They hired your company. My kitchen was completely remodeled, floors redone, bathrooms, bedrooms, and repainted inside and out. Your company failed to go underneath the house resulting in some plumbing issues. I might add-your company sealed over the crawl space access (careless). The caulking (brand new) was cracking and peeling upon move in and the brand new wood counter was placed incorrectly (the joints in the corner are splitting and uneven (careless and shoddy)). Brand new outlet covers are cracked from over tightening (careless), the brand new bathroom vanities are scratched on both sides from placing them (careless). The paint in spotty and uneven (careless). There were black finger prints on the door jams and corners (careless). Paint was chipping from the corners (damage done by the workers bumping into them-careless). Light fixtures in the bathrooms were not safely secured to the wall (one was supported by a single screw where the other screw was "floating")-the wiring was not attached to new wiring. It was hooked up to the original. Because we have children and this was not safely secured, we hired a professional electrician to fix it. I can provide pics to back up all my statements here.
