Another company came before and said I needed a new ac, which I do, it's old. They quoted me for $7000 for a new ac and didnt even offer to look at or repair the existing unit. I called Elite for a second opinion. Elite fixed my old ac for $700. They did also say it was old and will need to be replaced soon, but they helped me get through the summer. Professional and affordable. I will be calling them for new systems when I am ready.

My HVAC system was aging out and needed replacing. I had several companies come out to give an appraisal on changing out my system. Ed ( the owner) came out and checked out my system and discussed options with me, he was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. His price was reasonable and his installers were very professional. I will be using Atlas air supply for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Contacted business, in person, on a Thursday afternoon. Owner and tech spoke with us for a half hour. Tech came out following morning, diagnosed problem, and new furnace was installed the following Tuesday. Great communication from company, throughout process. Very refreshing experience!

Two visits from Elite Air; first visit from owner, Ed Cavanaugh and the second from technician, Tyler. Both men were professional, exhibited skilled knowledge, and were very responsive to customer's needs. Owner Cavanaugh suspected customer was mislead by two previous Reno HVAC companies regarding condition of home heater. Technician Tyler sent to home going above and beyond to assess and investigate home heating system. Final diagnosis: Home heater in perfect working condition and does NOT need to be replaced. Tyler spent considerable time conducting CO2 tests throughout the home ascertaining home and customer safe. Honesty is priceless, and I am honored to have met these two men. I encourage anyone reading this to use Elite Air Systems for their HVAC needs. So grateful for their knowledge, professionalism and honesty. If and when my heating system needs replacement -- I'll be calling Elite Air!

Tyler came out Friday morning and was able to quickly assess the issue with our mid-70’s furnace and present options for us. We elected to have the furnace replaced. Elite Air Systems was able to provide the new system with accessories, along with an installation crew (Steve and Devin) first thing Monday morning! The job was completed in FOUR hours!! These folks know their stuff and work very efficiently and effectively. Many thanks!
