Always so helpful and kind. Miguel was wonderful.
I should have checked my a/c system earlier this spring but I just took it for granted it would be fine. I was wrong and the house was soon as humid as the lied jungle even with fans. Everyone that we dealt with treated us like a good neighbor you know you can trust. They squeezed us in and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I appreciate the extra they did to make my house comfortable again. Thanks again everyone.
Very good service..our landlord 's maintenance personal could not solve the issue, but, the man from whicita Did..highly recommend using them for HVAC service..smarter than the average bear.6-7-23edit..upgrafed to 5 stars.. this is a company with great workers and you would be better off to use them than any other HVAC co.
Excellent, timely, professional and thorough. I had a burned out A/C motor. They came out quickly, fixed my broken unit and tuned up the other two units. Good value!

Honest and reliable, is what it comes down to. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, so I trust their recommendations. Our A/C unit recently broke down, and while the model was discontinued, they were upfront about the temporary fixes, and that they would be more expensive long-term, and gave us multiple options for replacements that allowed us to choose what would work best for our budget, including financing options. They got us in quickly, and replaced our entire system in just a few hours!
Workers were very professional and courteous. They were very careful with all the work that had to be done. Will definitely recommend Wichita to all the people I know.

The Technician (Aldo) responded very quickly and was very professional. The incident was on there weekend and he did not have access to the correct part but was able to use a generic part to solve the heating issue to get the heat back in our house. Aldo also returned back to our house early the next week and installed the part that was needed. Again very knowledgeable and professional during the follow up visit. I have been very impressed with Wichita Heating and their focus on customer service.

These guys are wonderful! Very kind & professional! I will always use them & recommend them very highly to others. Our heat pump unit from previous years broke down & could not be repaired. It was during the really hot summer days. Wichita was kind enough to install a temporary cooling unit until the new heat pump was ordered & installed.They kept us cool with the temporary unit. The new heat pump is excellent. These guys were kind, knowledgeable & eexcellent. I highly recommend to all.

Nextdoor App helped me find Wichita Heating and Cooling, many people spoke highly about them and they were right! I called for service on my furnace and within an hour the technician was at my door. Nice young man, very knowledgeable, fixed the issue promptly and helped me understand what he had done. Wichita Heating and Cooling is also very reasonably priced. From now on they will be our HVAC serving provider.
