I have been using this company for three years. They are really great. Every time I have issues they come out the same day or the next day after I call. I was suppose to have another company come out three years ago when my furnace broke and that company no showed me so my warranty company referred me to these guys and I’m a life customer now. They always explain things to me, they are nice and respectful. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely Terrible Service. Never Use this Company. Called and scheduled appointment twice to have them no show me both times, I even had to call them to let them know they missed the appointment, both times. I have a home warranty service and wanted them to come do the work, they then said that it was out of their area. According to google maps I am 25 minutes away, literally 21 miles. This right here is what is wrong with our trade industry. Companies like you that make everyone look bad! Thank you so much for you help Superior Heating and Cooling!!!

Rude, just incredibly rude! The owner answered the phone, interrupted me, laughed like a freakin hyena that I called and wanted to know when they’d be out since it’s been a week since HWA set up an appointment.

This company is amazing they were at my house the day after I called them when our ac broke. Other companies said they couldn’t make it out til the following week as it’s the hottest days of the year 100+ degrees & they were too backed up. They had my ac fixed within 30 minutes & the guys were very friendly & knowledgeable.

The owner showed up on time with his apprentice, they were very professional and helpful and took the time to make sure all my issues were addressed and questions answered. I would definitely call them again for additional work if needed.

Probably the least professional organization I have ever done business with in any industry. Unresponsive, unreliable, and when it comes time to clean up their mistakes, they throw profane temper tantrums, lie and blame their screw-ups on the customer. Absolutely stunning how terrible they are.

Having to go through HMS to get our AC fixed. 4 children, 2 dogs, 100 degree summer, nearly 24 hours - 0 phone calls, 0 contact of any kind, 0 information. Both numbers for this business terminate immediately in a voice-mailbox that has not been setup. At this point, I'm not even sure they are a company at all.

I was originally referred to Superior through our home warranty company in 2015. They worked hard to get a reasonable cost replacement for our ancient furnace through the warranty company. The remaining balance was paid by us and it was a very reasonable cost to replace with a higher efficiency unit. This is a family owned and run business and Lynelle and Jennifer have always been prompt, professional, and helpful. Even when I texted them in the middle of the night during winter with a newborn and my thermostat shut off! I highly recommend them!

Well I’ve had no problem with this company at all, once I contacted them to put in a furnace they where very professional and set a date to install they where there on time plus got the job done. I am very satisfied with there work and I’ll be calling them from now on for any additional work I may need in the future. Furnace is up and running well. Thanks to Lanell and his team

They spent 10 minutes cleaning my unit and charged me $125 for $69 worth of work. I tried to argue the discrepancy they said, "that's the way it is."

We use HMS home warranty, who I also strongly don't recommend. They use cross country home services to find their sub contractors. Who eventually landed on superior heating and cooling. At first it was great. Or, at least, it sounded great. Service was several days out, which is to be expected, it is summer after all. "We can get that in for you Friday". Sweet. Have Ac for the weekend. All is well. Right? No call, no show, refused to answer the phone or return text messages. 9pm I get a text saying they won't be making it today. Really?!? Are you kidding me? Fast forward to several days later. I get a text, the guy will be at your place in 20 minutes. Install will take 2 hours. Fine, let's get this done. Pack up my job site and head home. Get there in 15. Good we beat him there. 30 minutes go by. Text and call them. No response. 60 minutes, more unanswered texts and calls. 90 minutes. Repeat. 120 minutes. Hmm. Maybe she's dodging me specifically? Call from wife's phone. Immediate answer. Listen as my wife rips this chick in the phone a new one. No one is coming to my house today, they meant tomorrow, but rather than correcting themselves, they wasted two hours of my time and 2 hours of my wife's. Costing us hundreds in productivity. Screw this company. Spend a little more and go elsewhere. They're terrible.

Good luck is someone calls you back. I called last week as well as my home warranty company. Both left messages for a return call that never happened. Business must be very good for this company to not even call back and let the customer know. Very bad business practice

When the guy finally came out he said to just hose down the coils. He personally didn't do it because he didn't bring his hook up- and there was no where to hook up a hose. He left saying it worked fine anyways. When we turned it back on it completely overheated and broke down. They better not charge me for coming out to tell me it worked when it clearly didn't and now I have more repairs due to their negligence.

I almost never write reviews but this deserved one. The repair of my home AC unit was just completed recently so we'll see how it holds up as far as quality of work but their customer service is horrible. After coming out for an initial diagnostic, and being told a replacement part would need to be installed, I called multiple times for an update on scheduling with many unreturned calls and messages. After the job was completed a month later, the day after I get called 5 times in 6 hours asking for payment. These repeated calls were made before I even saw an invoice and after I told them that I was busy at work and couldn't deal with it until later in the day. Overall, it left me feeling treated as a payment, and not a customer.
