Got the part I needed no problem at a fair price. Only issue I had: 2 weeks later I needed a copy of the receipt to file a claim and they said they could only look up receipts by the date of purchase... (not name, email, or anything else) I find it suprising that their software would not allow them to look up a receipt by Customer name..
Bought 2 parts for a 17 year old LG washer. Made a point to ask if I could return them, if they didn't fix the issue, and was told absolutely. Well it ends up they didn't fix the issue and I tried to return the parts today... Nope we won't take that back after it's been installed. Doesn't matter if I was told something different, I'm just out $112. Will never be back and will tell everyone to avoid as well.
Sundberg is AWESOME!! Not only did they have the refrigerator part I needed in stock, it was cheaper than any other place in town or online. Their customer service went above and beyond and gave me some troubleshooting suggestions before I spent money on a replacement part to make sure the replacement part was needed. If I ever need any additional parts in the future, Sundberg will be my first and only stop!
Great place to work for my first day and look forward to keep going.

I call them for a part. They get me the part. I pay for the part. Kinda hard to mess this up. Costumer service varies on how dumb you are and how much time they want you to waste.

Bought some parts for a dryer here a few years ago, they were very helpful, had inventory and fair prices that were close to online appliance store. This year I went to get a new evaporator fan for my refrigerator only to find out that their prices were triple what I got at the online appliance store. Same store as before and they sell OEM GE Parts. Don't understand the difference unless their rent tripled since they moved locations.

Always helpful good prices
They were helpful at first got me what I needed and I found out the part was not what I needed tried to return the item and refused to take it back. He told me the bag is open and we can’t resell it because it’s considered a used item now. I had my receipt and respectful. And still a no we can’t sell it so I did what anyone would when your out $50

Purchased a nut for my GE washer . They charged me 19 dollars . Could of bought nut, split washer , and thrust washer ( genuine GE ) online for 10 dollars delivered . High priced .
Don’t waste your time. Stood there 10 minutes while guy behind the counter wouldn’t even look my way. He could at least say, be with you in about 20 minutes while I jack around doing nothing. Poor run business. Got what I needed at Nebraska Appliance just up the street ASAP.
If you need a part for an appliance or a/c unit, they’ve probably got it. Great service people at the counter. A+++++
