Jake , sales manager , came within a day of inquiring about a new HVAC system! He was excellent ! Alex and Eric were the technicians who installed everything! They were also excellent ! I felt totally confident in all three of them ! Awesome, diligent hard workers, customer friendly and polite, pleasant and totally explanatory , extremely thorough , left my home spotless!! I would highly recommend SOS to Everyone!! Furnace is quiet Ecobee Thermostat is awesome ! Hats off to SOS !!! Timely , efficient, very hard working Always pleasant and calm !! Thank You SOS
Excellent! We got multiple quotes and not one came close to SOS’s pricing. Jake, our salesman, was awesome. He wasn’t pushy at all and let us take the time to make our decision. They were also able to get us in right away during a super hot week. The man that installed our AC was great as well! We will recommend to everyone.
All around wonderful experience. Jake W. came out and went over everything that would be done and how the whole process worked. After we decided on SOS from 3 other bids we were scheduled within 2 weeks. Both service techs that came out were incredibly professional, on time and very personable. Would recommend them highly for anyone who wants a no hassle, professional company that you can trust. Great group of employees and a stand up company!
Great experience, nothing was left out of place and great with the education with my unit and programing of the thermostat.
We have used SOS for years. They are always dependable and I feel reasonably priced. We needed to replace our original HVAC a couple years ago, and they provided several options at different price points. We also used them to install an additional vent in a bedroom. Would recommend!

Appointment was confirmed the day before and phone call was received prior to arrival of service tech. Friendly service tech identified himself and promptly went about his business' and advise of price increases and actions taken.
We returned from a weekend trip to find that neither our heat pump nor our furnace were working. After a cold night, we called SOS first thing in the morning. A tech was out by 1 p.m. and promptly diagnosed and fixed the issues for a very fair price. He was courteous and explained everything.
The tech was polite, professional, and fast. Because it was fast, it was reasonable. Thats been our experience for 25 years. Glad it continues.

When our HVAC unit finally quit working last year, we reached out to a number of companies to quote us for the installation of a completely new HVAC system. SOS came out on top with not only a great price but outstanding customer service as well. They did a great job of offering a number of different packages that fit our needs.
Heat was out at our office this morning. They showed up within an hour and got it up and running. Jodi was our Tech - nice guy. Showed me how to fix it myself if it does it again. Thanks Jodi
This is a review of SOS Heating and Cooling, but first let’s start with this. About three years ago while living in AZ I had my HVAC replaced with a YORK brand. After the install had been completed everything worked but I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of their work. They agreed with some of my concerns and returned twice…still not great but again it all worked. A year later the house next door also had the HVAC system replaced and used the same YORK product but this time had a different installation crew. I looked at this installation and although some things were better others were not. At this point and with two examples I concluded that this was simply the ‘industry standard’ for HVAC installations and let it go. Now living in Omaha I wanted to have my outdated HVAC system replaced. Having been pleased with the YORK brand I proceeded with it but had low expectations for how the installation would go. Here I could list many of the items that I felt were poorly done in AZ but that would take a lot more lines of text to simply say, SOS didn’t repeat any of the concerns that I had in AZ. Using words like great workmanship, exceeding quality, meeting expectation’s and customer satisfaction I realize can be considered personal taste and subjective but I can say this; I would not hesitate to recommend this company or to use them again if needed. Lastly, unlike AZ there was a requirement to have the equipment safety inspected by the utility company and this was done today, as expected; passed inspection.

We had a new HVAC system installed. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and kept the area clean and tidy. Overall, a great experience. Would highly recommend!
