I called on a Thursday and asked if they could fit me in sometime soon. Venus, (I believe was her name) said she thought the earliest they could get me in would be Monday, however, she was going to try and get someone out on Friday morning if possible. Friday morning at 7:30 I got a call from Kim and she said that the technician would be there within the hour to help us. Bill was amazing and was in and out in 1 hour. He was very thorough and checked all parts of the cooling system. I am blown away by the customer service my wife and I received. I will recommend everyone to Skradski!
The service techs were on-time, very professional, very thorough in their approach. My wife was home alone when they came, and they were very respectful of her and her time, as well as doing their job in a professional manner.
Customer service responded promptly, first out of 4 companies we called when our AC went out over the weekend. The service technician came within a few hours, got us back up and running prior to a holiday. The next day. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. We scheduled their annual service going forward.
Phil W was amazing. A/C went down late night, Skradski had Phil at iur house first thing in the morning and the issue was fixed immediately. Phil was courteous and informative, explaining in terms I easily understood. 5 stars Skradski! And great job Phil!! Thanks again! I cannot forget the person who set up the appointment and made it all happen, thank you Kim B!!!!!!
Ryan just left my home and he was amazing! Super friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed my problem and sold me on the benefits of their service plan too. Very happy! Everyone at Skradski is very professional and friendly!
New A/C unit installed. Everything was perfect! Technicians were on time and did a superb job. I highly recommend!
I’ve been a customer of Skradski’s for over 25 years and have always been more than satisfied with their services. My service technician, Tanner was delightful. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He represented Skradski’s extremely well. You’re lucky to have him as an employee!!
1st opportunity to work with Skradaki and they were fantastic. They communicated ahead of the appointment, were on time, and gave great feedback on what our options were. Will definitely use then again and highly recommend.
Ryan got my air conditioner working again. He answered all my questions and was very professional. He even discussed the proper way the filter should be placed in the unit and I had been doing it the wrong way so was glad for that information. I will definitely use Skradski’s Heating and Cooling again. He got a 10 out of 10. Great job Ryan from a grateful customer.
It was super easy to book our HVAC check up (another company told us they couldn’t come until Aug). This morning, the office staff called and asked if the technician could arrive earlier than expected. He was thorough and professional. We will definitely continue to use Skradski’s in the future.

Our AC died and Skradski was one of many companies we called for an estimate. The salesman was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell on things we didn't need. He took the time to answer questions repeatedly, even on his day off. The crew who installed our new AC and heater were very polite, knowledgeable and tolerant of my nosy dog and young children. They even took the time to lock my back gate before leaving!
Have used Skradski for years..Will continue to do so. Have referred many folks to their service. These people are honest, and won't screw you. Thanks

Sam was amazing. He explained everything and made me completely understand what he was doing and why he was doing it.
Skradsi provided excellent service when my HVAC system needed repair. Sam was the technician who made the call. He was very polite and professional. He explained the problem and the work needed, and he provided an estimate before beginning any work. I appreciated that the necessary parts were available and that the work could be completed that same day. Being able to have my A/C restored during a very hot weekend was a relief! Thanks to Sam and Skradsi for outstanding service at a reasonable price. I give them the highest rating! I will definitely use this company for any future needs.
Mr Bill was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Did an outstanding job and was able to expertly identify the problem and resolve it with zero issues. Very personable and would recommend to others.
