Over charged for something that was their mistake not mine. Disappointed with their last visit.

We have used Sandhills for the past 3 years or so. Nick has carefully checked our furnace every fall & air conditioner every spring. He is knowledgeable, professional & fairly priced. We highly recommend him.
Sandhills Heating & Cooling was professional, on-time, and reasonably priced. They showed their expertise as they explained some unique features of my heating system when I bought my home. We will be inviting them back.
I was in desperate need of repairs and was told by a few others that parts were not available. I called Sandhills, they took the time to actually research my needs and was able to locate a part and have me up and running in less than a week! Highly recommend you giving them a call FIRST!

Sandhills came into our old home and came up with a great plan to get heating and air conditioning on the second floor. They listened to our questions and concerns and were very responsive. They came up with a unique strategy to utilize the space we had. We worked with the owners and their service technicians and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We're very happy with the final product and service we received. I would definitely recommend them!
We’ve been using Sandhills heating and cooling for a few years now and have always been happy with their service! We had to replace our AC unit and furnace last year and they were amazing helping us through that process. I would definitely recommend them!

Toni and her team at Sandhills are incredible to work with. Their communication was timely, thorough, and friendly. They were extremely patient as we made a decision about our new HVAC system and answered any and every question we had. Everyone from Toni (the owner) to the technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. We actually went with a different company for our new furance only because we needed a 2-stage option which they didn't have available. We will be switching back if they get this option in the future when it comes to replace our other units. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've been in my home for over 20 years and I started using Sandhills from day one and I won't let anyone else touch my air conditioner or heater they're fabulous.
I have used Sandhills Heating & Cooling for many years or HVAC maintenance as well as installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. They are timely in their response, friendly and very knowledgable. I was warned for a few years that my HVAC system would need to be replaced, and was not hurried into replacement. I appreciate that. They are a great company!

Since we are new to Sandhills and looking for a company for future maintenance, we really appreciated the time spent by Cooper to get to know us and our HVAC system. They are professional, always treat the customers with the upmost respect and understands our time is valuable The new thermostat nick installed today he went above and beyond to take care of us including driving back to Omaha for a part. I want to thank the owner for coming out today to fix my parents’ AC! It went out yesterday and when I went over to try and trouble shoot it, it was already 80 degrees in the house. My Dad is a Vet and is an amputee, has COPD and Congestive Heart Failure. The heat is not good for his breathing! The other companies he called said 2-5 days. You are truly a life saver!
