2020 I had mike come install a new furnace and ac unit. Got me taken care of fast and very reasonably priced. Last month unit was having issues. Did what trouble shooting I could before calling them. Came next day after issues continued and found the issue and replaced the board and had me up and running asap. I recommend them to anyone I know in need!
I'm so glad I found Midlands Maintenance. Mike is incredible at what he does. I hired Mike to install a mini split at my house, and he went above and beyond, doing far more than I expected to make it perfect. He went out of his way to coordinate the electrical work that needed done, last minute brought in someone to fix drywall so it looked perfect instead of just putting the unit up and getting it done sooner, he even went out and bought paint and touched up everywhere around the unit to make sure it looked flawless... Everything about my experience working with Midlands Maintenance was 10/10, could not recommend them more.

Out next business day when no one else could fit me in for 2 weeks. On time. Professional. Very reasonably priced. All around great service! Will only be calling them again. I bought my first house 2 years ago and have tried multiple companies in Omaha for different jobs, never been super thrilled with my experience, before now. My little job didn’t make them barely any money but they will be who I call the rest of the time I own this property and any others in the Omaha area.
I am so glad I called this company for a repair to my A/C. It wasn't working and a big company came to look at it and recommended lots of costly repairs and pushed me to make a full replacement. A tech from Midlands Maintenance came out and replaced the capacitor and BAM! Unit running with cold air!! Their price was about half what the big company would have charged for the same service so I am grateful for that.
Our furnace stop working. He came out same day and fixed my heating in less than 5 mins! My system is pretty old not gonna lie, but instead of immediately trying to sell me a new system he repaired the thing so that it would last me even longer! I will not hesitate to use Midlands Maintenance if needed again. I recommend him to everyone!!

It was the best experience working with Midlands Maintenance! They answered quickly and answered all of my questions. They were friendly, courteous, and on time (they even were able to give a more specific time as opposed to a 5 hour window!). They didnt try to offer me a million other things to my unit but fixed it fast and got it up and running again. Price was completely reasonable too. I am definitely storing their number in my phone for in the future!
My ac went out on a 95° day. Called Midland Maintenance and had it replaced the next day. Great and efficient work. I highly recommend. P.S.. Also had old duct work redone, and it came out awesome.
Mike answered our call at 9PM last night in regards to our broken AC. He had a guy on site by 9AM the next morning with the AC fixed in 15 minutes. We couldn’t be more appreciative!

Great experience- AC issue at 4pm on Friday. Called several people. He responded and said they would be out Sat AM first thing…they were. Diagnosed, had part, quick fix, reasonable priced considering off hours call. Simple, basic, did what they said they would do. Appreciated the service and communication via phone. Have them saved in my phone for the future.
Mike was very timely and personable. He quickly assessed my issue, got it back online and didn't up-sell me. Will call them again for sure!
Ac went out on Sunday, had a new one installed by Tuesday evening! Could not believe how much these guys went above and beyond to get this done when all other companies wernt able to come for 2 weeks! Excellent company to use for AC needs!
I needed a new furnace and AC both. With a tight budget I searched many places and Mike was easily the most affordable with awesome customer service! In the middle of extreme weather he went out of his way to take time to help us out. The whole process was really quick and gave us relief that much faster. I didn't have to worry about getting swindled or having questions about what I truely needed. He also offered a great financing deal to make the whole experience that much smoother! I definitely recommend Mike for any of the services they offer! Nothing beats the local care and value!
On the hottest week of the year 2020 our ac broke and we were supposed be cover by choice warratary for our AC. However long story short they failed. So at the time I called Midlands Maintenance the interior of my home was hotter than outside. I had googled ac repair and midlands was probably the 3 or 4 I called yet he was the first to say I can be there today. He arrive within 20 minutes of me calling and was able to determine it was an electrical issue not an AC. Within 30 min an electrical guy came and my AC was back on. Just like that!! He was friendly, clean, professional, detailed with his responses as I asked a million questions. Just this morning I called him to referrer him for a family member whos heater was calling for service and he was on his way over to them within minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL CONTIUNE TO RECOMMEND
The AC stopped working during the evening. By 9:00 pm it was 84 in the main level of the house. Midlands was the 3rd place I called the next morning. The first place couldn't get me in until the next day, the 2nd put me on a call back list. I called Midlands at 730 am and Mike had a tech onsite by 900 am. Lane was professional, friendly, answered all my questions, and had the air blowing ice cold in about 30 min. Excellent all around.
Great experience, very professional and honest. Will definitely use Mike and his team from now on.
To say these guys are amazing seems like an understatement. I was made to feel like I was the most important customer they had. Service was outstanding and fast. I wasn't not over sold on anything, I was not getting things I didn't need. Amazing is the only word my small mind can come to. Oh, and to the one bad review I saw out of the 44 at the time of this posting, they offered me an itemized receipt. So if that was a problem, they fixed it too.
Mike was fabulous, I called him at 9:00 AM and he was at my house by 10:30. I would recommend him to anyon .
