Abel was very polite and informed me of what needed to be changed as part of the annual maintenance. Very professional also.
Cornell came out to address bad noise in unit, we turned unit on, No Noise! He then hooked up amp meter and watched, no indication of problem and unit was appeared to run normal. Watched and listened for several minutes to hear or see problem. Closed unit up and he asked me to record sound if happened. Unit ran couple of hours normally then sound started again. We called, notified and reschedule another service call.
Had Cornell come out the very next day at 2pm when I called at 6:30pm the prior day. Explained everything thoroughly, professionally, and got my AC back up and running within 30 min.
Chris was beyond awesome! Recommend recommend! I signed up for a plan the service was that good!

Service was good but untimely and delayed by nearly 3 hours. You did not save us time but wasted our paid designated person to wait for more than 4 hours for naught.

Chris came out yesterday evening but didn’t have the part needed to fix our air conditioner. He made a point to their office to make sure he was coming out today to fix. We are cool again! Thank you Chris for being professional, giving us advise and caring about our well being!! We will sleep much better tonight with our AC working!!
I recently had a service tech come out to look at my AC unit that stopped running. I was quoted $1900 dollars to install a new condenser and contactor. It turned out to be nothing more than a bad capacitor and a faulty wire, which someone else fixed for me for a fraction of the price quoted by McCarthy. While I did appreciate them being on time, I’m glad I got a second opinion.
Christopher thorough and answered all my questions about my A/C service. He’s an asset to McCarthy’s.
Brent has great people skills and impressive knowledge of HVAC systems. I can tell Customer service is a priority starting with the first contacts for scheduling.
Carter explained everything in great detail! Biggest thing for me was they arrived within the time frame window they said they would. They simply answered the phone when I called and were helpful throughout the process! I would have used them simply because they answered my phone call. Don’t see that often when it comes to certain trades.
Chris checked out our our system and gave us some advice about options to repair or replace. We really appreciate his professional experience and advice.
