I can’t say enough nice things about everyone at Henson Heating & Cooling. They were very accommodating & able to schedule my ac unit replacement right away during this heat. The team was very professional & answered all of my questions about the new unit. They cleaned up the job site & even checked in with me after to make sure everything was cooling off. I appreciate Jesse and the team for their excellent service. 100% recommended.
I needed a furnace & AC unit. I got about 7 estimates. 5 minutes into talking with Ed from Henson, I knew I wanted them for the job. Jessie & “The Crew” got to my house when promised and did a professional installation. Every employee that entered my house were Super polite & professional. My negotiated price was on average… 22% lower than all the other estimates. Sounded to good to be true. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureaus web site and no surprise they have an A+ rating. I can tell you that A+ & 22% lower price made this a No Brainer. Thanks guys
Edward the owner and staff are superb! Very efficient and quick. The had a new Air Conditioner put in in less than 4 hours . Thank you very much
I can’t say enough or thank them enough in a review. Five stars isn’t enough. Our commercial walk in freezer needed what I thought was routine maintenance to help it run better. Jesse and Edward were on it! I needed a compressor and defrost timer. The options were explained thoroughly to make decision easier. They had a back up freezer available for us until parts came in. Edward noticed a new oven sitting out of the way and asked about it…turns out they install those also! These guys ran the new wiring through the wall and got us going without worries. We were able to coordinate so we could keep business open as well. The payment options are a wonderful plus side to this. Edward, Jesse, and I missed the other name worked clean and fast. I knew updates every step of the process. They are definitely my heroes. Their customer service is above and beyond. 😊
Mine is a long story of a 7 year system too large for my home falling apart. The guidance, transparency, and empathy Eddie displayed was why I will always call him first. It’s never fun having to put a new system in, he and his amazing crew had it out and replace in 2 days. I had extensive work done and it’s beautiful. Yes beautiful 🤩 Air in my home is now warm, clean and most of all safe due to his knowledge. It is sometime difficult to find a company with the integrity you want. You’ll find it here. 10 stars plus for their team. Thank you Edward. I’m incredibly grateful for you !!

Hands down the best customer service our family has had from any local company! Fast, professional, great communication, follow-up, and attention to detail! Already have Henson's on Speed Dial for any Heating & Air needs for family and friends! The owner stopped back out the same night of our new install to make sure everything was cleaned up and running good. He even brought dog treats for the dogs on his follow up visit! Thanks again!
Great company! Edward was super responsive and ensured our home was going to be taken care of. They provided in detail as to what was the issue and how they plan on resolving it. They were extremely transparent the entire process. Super profession company with an awesome team that’ll take care of you. Definitely recommend this company!
I can't say enough good things about this Co. They did a great job installing a new AC and Heater in my hm! Jennifer the office manager assisted me w/ negotiating reimbursement from my Hm Warranty Co. Though it took a little time to do the install; thanks to my Hm Warrenty Co. In fact, due to the extreme temps Edward and his team showed up and brought a Portable AC System that I could use while we went through the negotiations.. Edward and his team were great, very respectful and once they got the systems on site, he stayed late at night so I could have AC., since the temps were going to be in the high 90s. Which, my son & I greatly appreciated! I recommend this company for all you AC & Heating needs!! The pics attached are of my old system & the new system after install.
I originally had a complaint with the company and the service. The owner of the company Ed actually took the time to view my concerns and reach out to me. Ed was a complete professional, caring, and understanding. He took time to actually understand my concern and make it right. Having an owner such as Ed would lead me to using their services again and again.
Had new furnace/ac and hot water heater package installed. They are the best and very reliable. They made sure all was working properly and explained how things worked. It was so great to have them install my new equipment and I am so happy with the completed project. Wonderful job!!!!!!!!!!!
We were very impressed at how fast the Henson crew responded to our emergency. It's not fun having to replace your air conditioner and furnace, but they made it as painless as possible. Every crew member was professional and made sure to protect our carpeting, walls and doors in our newly remodeled basement.
I highly recommend Ed and his crew. I am a realtor and this summer assisted a buyer as we were told from the sellers agent that the AC may need to be replaced. Ed came by with a second opinion and diagnosed the issue and came with an alternate fix instead of replacing with a new system. He met us and made us a priority which we were under timeline to make decision without hesitation. I know the prior evening in the heat was working well past 11pm. Bottom line is he saved the new buyer a new complete system saving him a good load of money.
Every year my AC leaks water. I usually call someone out and they clean out a drain and it stops leaking till the next year. I called Henson Heating and Cooling and a technician out the same day . The technician informed me the water leak was coming from a cracked drain pan and had been leaking into the inside of my furnace for years. I had them replace the drain pan and got an estimate for a new furnace. I highly recommend Henson Heating and Cooling. I feel they do a thorough job and take the time to educate you about your AC and furnace. When I replace my furnace and will be calling them again.
We called Jesse on Monday night bc our air conditioner was not working and we wanted to install a new furnace and ac. They were able to get us on the schedule for Wednesday. Very reasonable pricing and great work. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
I have used Jesse now twice. If I should need anything again, he's the first person I'd call. I've referred him to my friends and family and will gladly continue to do so.

We had a small issue in our home and received amazing service from Eddie. He was very professional and let us know everything he was doing as he was fixing our issue.
