AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Called first thing and they said they would have someone out by 2. Tech called an hour later and said he could be there by 11. Had it fixed and up and running before noon. Great job, all around!

Hans has consistently done a good job for us. We have a heat pump and they know how to service them. I feel their prices are fair. They do not try to sell you things you don’t need. They show up on time. They are great!
We have Hans out for a fall & spring check. Most years our ac has problems and Hans quickly comes out to get it going. We appreciate that a great deal.

I don't usually give out long detailed reviews but it extremely important to do so right now. I'm 73 years old and poor. I have a lot of health issues, Double bypass, high blood pressure, kidney cancer ECT.. my Air conditioner went out and I called Burton heating and air.. they came out and gave a estimate of over a thousand dollars to replace the squirrel cage in the blower. I'm on heating assistance and they will help pay for your repair or replacement. Burton would not help me or even return numerous phone calls. I ended up contacting Project Houseworks and they referred me to Hans Heating and Air..I ended up speaking with Jamie and he said I'll send someone out in the morning to give you the estimate to send to the Dept of Health and Human services. They came out the next day and fixed my Air conditioner and didn't ask for one dime...I can't express how it uplifted my spirit and hope in human beings. I want to thank everyone at Hans heating and Air and if you or anyone you know needs a repair please call Hans Heating and Air, you won't go wrong, the most honest people I have dealt with in my lifetime...

Jamie and the installers were very professional. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the systems- he explained the benefit and cost of various options. He was not pushy and annswered all our questions. Great to work with. We would highly recommend Hans HVAC.

Brad did a great job identifying the problem with my air conditioner. He called and with a few consise questions identified the problem so it was fixed with his help while on the phone. As it turned out I had set the thermostat wrong. He quickly identified the issue and it was fixed with the phone call. Great customer service!
