Very professional. The team of 3 guys (Zack, Michael, and Logan) came out and installed a new Bryant Evaluation system in my house.(Top of the line system) They did the whole install in one day and was very helpful with showing me how to use the system. The guys that installed the system were very respectful and took the extra precautions to protect the furniture and carpet when installing.Would recommend them to all friends and family.
Tony was fantastic! I knew every step of the way what was happening. Totally comfortable with everything he shared about AC's condition as well as the future of this system . I pleasant and professional person

Our AC stopped working this weekend. Within an hour, DJ came to our place and a short while later he found the problem, replaced the capacitor and had cold air blowing again. Friendly service, great work, will definitely call them again next time we need AC work. Thanks, DJ!
We have used complete comfort for many years and have been satisfied with their technicians when they come to service our equipment. They are professional, on time, personable and will answer any questions and will not try to upsell you on things you do not need. DJ who is our technician for the past several years has done a great job. You know you have the right company and technician when you feel comfortable around them. If you're looking for that type of experience, I would recommend complete comfort. You will not be dissatisfied. And if you are, I'm sure they will do everything in their power to correct it.
Excellent service. Zack and Logan did an amazing job installing our AC and furnace. They were very respectful and professional. Made sure our carpet was covered as well as removing their shoes so as not to get our carpet dirty. When they were finished they patiently demonstrated what I needed to do and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend Complete Comfort.
DJ was very professional, on time, efficient and courteous. I was sent a text from Complete Comfort prior to his arrival with a picture of him so I knew who would be at my door. Great service!
I called them and they originally did not have a emergency after hours on call slot for me same day, but Stephanie was very nice and scheduled me for the earliest she could the following morning. Stephanie called me shortly after and said a after hours slot opened up and the technician could be on site in 15 mins. Chad showed up within 15 mins and was very accommodating, he quickly resolved my problem and i am back in a cool and comfortable environment. Thank you very much Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling.
Many thanks to Jake today for maintenance on our AC! He went the extra mile to hook up a hose to what I know to be an inconvenient spout (he was too nice to say so though!) so he could clean the cottonwood cotton out of our new AC unit, and also provided a superb photo of his new puppy for general enjoyment. Complete Comfort's dispatch was very helpful in rearranging our service time also, when I had a work emergency today, and I am so appreciative of their help keeping our house comfortable!
My AC stopped working, I had called a different company first they spent 2 hours trying to figure out the issue but was not able too. Tony was able to find the problem and fix it in quick order before the long weekend. I know who I will call first next time I need hvac help!!
My AC wasn't working the tech. was very fast to find the problem He then went outside and cleaned the unit. Very fast, very professional.

We worked with Tony, and highly recommend, he was able to quickly find our issue with the A/C system and provided us information on how to best run our unit for efficiency and maintaining the unit. Thank you Tony for turning on the features to program our thermostat. For years we've struggled with remembering to change the settings. A company with no integrity when asked if there was a programmable thermostat available for our geo-thermal heat pump would have sold us a new thermostat. Tony immediately called out that ours was programmable but the feature wasn't set up. He changed the settings in the installer setup and programmed our thermostat for us and in the process saved us a ton of money.
DJ was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and on time! Our a/c was running great by the end of his visit!
We only trust Complete Comfort Heating And Cooling for our geothermal system maintenance. Their team kept a much older system running perfect over a decade with only minor repairs, though recently installed a brand new unit in a single day. Always responsive, always helpful and most recently grateful Jonas' help with a clogged pump line.
Ac stopped working and DJ made it out the same day and fixed it in about an hour. Highly recommend Complete Comfort.

I have been stung by many other HVAC companies, but Complete Comfort never disappoints. They are kind, honest and effective. Chad and Vlad were in and out quickly and ensured I knew I was in good hands. I cannot recommend them enough.
Complete Comfort installed our geothermal unit 10 years ago. We've had minimal issues, but when we've had to call they've been responsive, helpful, and professional. Last week, Chad came out when our heat wasn't working. It was a fairly easy fix. He explained everything in a way I could understand but didn't talk down to me. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Would highly recommend this company!
Josiah was professional and conscientious. He did a thorough job of explaining his diagnosis and getting our HVAC system running again. Complete Comfort is good to work with and I will use them again.
