Very nice company, workers are genuine and treat you nicely.
A/C stopped working just as the temps were rising and the temp in my home was reaching 85 to 90 degrees. Gratefully Comfort Advisors was suggested to me and worked out great. I wasn't expecting much thinking it would be at least weeks wait and a whole day of waiting on the scheduled day from previous experiences with other companies. I was pleasantly surprised that Michael was able to immediately schedule me for the next day when I contacted him. Also there was continuous communication on the day of my appointment so I knew when he would arrive. Took him less than 30 minutes to fix everything and was an absolute great price!
I'd definitely recommend this company for inspections and service needs, and I plan to use them when it's time for an installation. A+ communication and Michael was really helpful explaining the whole HVAC system to me in my new house. I have much more peace of mind now that I understand the system and what to do if it fails. Thanks!

We can’t recommend Comfort Advisors enough! Michael and his associate arrived promptly and were quickly able to diagnose the situation and solution with our air conditioning. As we’re working through a home warranty company, oftentimes getting approval can be a long and drawn out process. However, as soon as he saw the situation, he immediately got in touch with the warranty company. We were a little worried this would be the first of numerous appointments (as has been our experience in the past with other companies), but they spent the time on the phone, conveying the situation to our warranty company, obtained approval, and immediately went to work to fix our ac! Michael and his associate were efficient and professional; we are incredibly grateful for their help, and would absolutely recommend them, and return to them for help in the future!
We had a great experience with Michael and the team (Luis, Preston & Tesla) from Comfort Advisors Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. Our AC went out at the worst possible time (busy schedule and getting ready to leave on vacation), and we were dealing with our home warranty company. Michael came out the next day (on a Tuesday) to diagnose the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. He quickly diagnosed the issues and then walked me through different options and the cost for each (repairs vs. new). He helped me call the home warranty company more than once to explain the problem and provided a breakdown of the costs involved. He also prepped me on what to expect from the home warranty company (i.e., the process, repeated requests, etc.). The whole process with Michael and CAHC was transparent and went smoothly. On Thursday, we decided to get a new unit. On Friday, Luis and Preston installed the new American Standard unit and touchpad. They were also meticulous in picking up their work space. When they left it was 81 degrees in the house, and three hours later the temperature was down to 65. We couldn't believe how quickly the temperature dropped. The new unit is also whisper quiet. The next day, Saturday, Michael came out in the morning to make sure we were satisfied with the work, the unit, and also walked us through setting up the touch pad.

Central A/C wasn’t blowing cold air and the house was getting to 85 degrees inside absolutely miserable. I’m so grateful for Comfort Advisors because Michael was able to show up MUCH faster than other companies. Took him less than 30 minutes to fix everything and was an absolute fair price!!! They were able to schedule an appointment with me quickly through our home warranty and they arrived on time and ready to work. Michael and Louis were both professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain to me the issue with my AC compressor in a clear and understandable way. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue, and I appreciated that they were transparent about the costs upfront. I wasn’t necessarily ready for all that needed to be fixed since we just moved into our home, but Michael was more than accommodating and understanding of our situation and found a solution to our problem. Now that my AC compressor is working, I can confidently say that I will be using Comfort Advisors for all of my HVAC needs in the future. Michael Bland's expertise allowed me to pinpoint the issue and find the perfect solution. His knowledge in the matter is exceptional. Ultimately, we decided on the "American Standard" brand. To my surprise, Michael was able to schedule a complete installation for the very next day. By the time I returned home from work, everything was installed and ready to go. Michael took the time to guide me through the installation process and patiently answered all of my questions. Excellent response time! Michael arrived on time and was very professional. After arriving he assessed the situation and provide a briefing that described his findings and provided recommendations for service and service options.
