They give you options on how to attack your plumbing issues. The involvement and transparency makes for a great experience. Stephen was excellent, a true consummate professional. He's great even for a Green Bay Packers fan!!! ;) the thing that's really keeping it from being a five star review is being charged 200 bucks for a drain clear and the drain isn't really clear there's still standing water when showering. The snake was broken off in the drain and accidents happen. Stuff happens. Phil had to come out from Burton and kind of give me a rundown of everything.
Shawn our tech came out and was extremely professional and courteous! He got the job done quick and the first time out! Thanks Shawn!

Jake performed a drain pipe service from the Kitchen sink down 50 feet. Everything went smoothly and he was very professional
Frank Christensen came out to perform system check on our 2018 Trane air conditioner unit and our heater. He was very personable, efficient and thorough. He explained what he did and what his system check results were. We were very pleased with his service.
JJ and Shawn on time and gave a comprehensive evaluation of what needs to be done, we haven’t decided what we will do or how much due to costs but we are thankful for an honest diagnosis and will request Burton again!
I called this morning and had someone at my door by noon. Eric was very friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. He did a very thorough job and let us know all of our options. I will be recommending this company to anyone who is having problems with their AC in the future.

Jeremy and Shawn were personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly and efficiently located our issue and presented us with different options to fix our problem. They left us feeling safe that our problem was taken care of. We will be calling Burton if/when we need to do so in the future!

I had a challenging water heater replacement and Shawn did a great job. He was very professional. I am really pleased with how everything went.
We had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up, they were here quickly, assesses the problem, gave us multiple options, and weren’t pushy to pick the most expensive. Very helpful and knowledgeable, worked quickly to fix the problem, and even answered some other questions we had about other plumbing things in our new purchased home. I will call them again when we have another plumbing need!
Devon was great to work with. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He walked us through, and showed us what he was talking about before he got started to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything. We really appreciate that Burton was able to get someone out to us today.

Steve let his experience shine. He came in and, after being shown the issue, knew exactly how to resolve it and did so fast and efficiently. Priced on the high end, but for the speed and quality of work they do, you get what you pay for.
Eric was professional. Walked me through all my questions and showed me how to better care for my HVAC. Burton AC pluming and more is always helpful and courteous it’s why they are my go to for all my AC and plumbing needs!
