Shane and his guys are amazing. Brasch has been our go to and referral to all of the homes we've owned and all the friends we have. Honest, great customer service, knowledgeable, fair prices.
Where do I begin they installed the outside ac unit and from the beginning it never worked like I would like they came out and added Freon and did a little better but still had issues. The next year it was the same thing I called twice and they never came out well I called 2021 well lucky for them the labor warranty had expired two months ago and said why didn’t I call before and I told them I did for the past two years then they changed it to well I have other customers and apparently it’s only one person working. How can one person take care of all the customers and if you pay extra he will come out to you early I would have to wait till July I guess my labor warranty doesn’t matter. Save yourself a headache and money and go to a real company.
Called a month after installation and every year after, most of the time he was not responsive. Once the warranty ran out, he stated it wasn’t his fault that he never answered, that he is one person with thousands of customers. Very unprofessional, use a real company with more than one employee.
The work was done well but one of the employees who did the service was initially rude and dismissive when we were asking for them to not fire up the furnaces to fully test them.
Shane and his entire crew are true craftsmen. They showed up on time and ready to work, they replaced my old HVAC system with no problem in just over six hours. Checked all operations of heat and cooling to make certain of no problems before leaving and cleaned up the entire area so I did not have to do anything. The other bids I had were for mid- grade same brand, Shane gave me a better deal on the top of the line equipment. I am very pleased with the deal and work thy did for me.You can't find a better company for all of your heating or cooling needs.
I got a bigger, better, SEER 16 unit for the same price as a smaller 13 SEER unit elsewhere. Installers were knowledgeable and friendly, answered all questions, and the the follow-up interaction was great. This is what you want when dealing with a business...people who care even after they've been paid. A+. Call Brasch first, you can't go wrong with these folks.

I called Brasch in desperate need of getting my air conditioner fixed. Although they were extremely busy, they made a point to be friendly and professional. They delivered on their promise to be out on the same business day. I was extremely happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the tech that came to the home. I would highly recommend this company.
Have had Brasch service our heating and cooling for many years. They are very qualified, fair, always courteous, timely and take time to educate us. Recently had a new furnace, humidifier and A/C installed. Very helpful in the decision process and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
This guy is a really good guy. Its relieving to know that TRUE customer service still exists out there today. This guy was very understanding to our current situation when our air conditioning went out after returning from vacation. He set up a service appointment for noon that day. All other places we called required 48 hours or more to respond. A great company and a great owner.
