Fantastic service! The best HVAC experience I’ve had with any company in Omaha.
They often help people that can't afford help. Very community minded. If you can't afford it they find a way to afford it. Always in the news for helping the less fortunate.
Abraham Heating was recommended to me by a friend. I called and left a message for a quote and within 5 minutes he called back to tell me he isn't licensed in Iowa. First of all, it's hard enough to get someone to call you back at all, and he returned my call even though he knew he wouldn't be getting our job. Then he called back about 15 minutes later with a couple of recommendations in my area. That's first-class customer service!
I called panicking because my furnace wasn't working. It was 52 degrees in my home. Mr. Abraham let me know the first available appointment was a few days away but instead of letting me go, he asked me some questions. After finding out what I'd already tried, we determined there was one more step needed and withing a few minutes my furnace was up and going. He also gave me some tips and maintenance info I didn't know and much encouragement!
Absolutely the best in Omaha! If you need anything heating/cooling related, call Abraham! The owner provides service that you surely can't find anywhere else and really gets to the bottom of the issue. Does not try to sell anything unnecessary. The fees are very reasonable, too. Easy communication for scheduling which was prompt and arrived right on time. Highly recommend!
Our AC was leaking and they just walked me through on the phone what to do to help me fix the problem. Always so kind and professional.
Jim is very nice! My A/C pipe was sweating (sometimes it sweats hard enough to see water dripping down from the outside compressor unit) and I called him in case anything is wrong. During the phone call, he provided three detailed reasons for the sweating. He helped me out through a phone call for free. I really appreciate it and I will definitely go with them when the A/C does need a repair in the future.
Abraham Heating and Cooling was a GODSEND! We lost AC in the middle of a heatwave. They came and helped us out, even when they were very busy! I HIGHLY strongly recommend Abraham Heating and Cooling. They will do the job right!

There’s zero reason, absolutely zero reason to go with any of the corporate places out there. Basically - if you see or hear them advertising all over, stay away. Find local, family owned companies like Abraham. They won’t upsell you, they actually know what they’re talking about, and the service is far more personal. They don’t have quotas to meet. The person you talk to is the person you’ll talk to throughout the entire process.
We called them as they were out at our house back in November. We have a very old unit, so it’s on it’s last leg. Josh dropped what he was doing and was at our house within 20-30 minutes. We have a young child under 1 and he was very sensitive to that. The work done was great, efficient, and cost was not bad at all compared to other companies. I highly recommend their services and the customer service is unmatched. 10/10.

They responded to my call immediately. They went out of their way to come and fix our AC, which we were so grateful for. They even came after hours. They fixed it quickly and cheaply, and refused a tip. Such a nice, trustworthy, family-owned business.
We hired Abraham Heating & Air to replace our 38 yr old AC unit. I'm glad we found them, it can be very difficult to find reliable companies that do good work for a fair price when dealing with home maintenance/repairs. Josh Abraham took the time to provide us with all necessary info and kept us updated and informed before, during, and after the installation. He was very responsive, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I highly recommend!
