Installers Paul, Zander, and Shawn were polite, efficient, and did a 5 star job installing a complete AC/ furnace.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and the Lennox system that was installed by A1 United Heating, Air & Electrical. At the end of June 2018, I purchased a complete HVAC system from A-1. I had an older unit and didn't want to take the chance it would go out in the middle of summer. Not even 2 years later, the A/C did not work and the freon had leaked out. I contacted A1 over the weekend and when I received a call back was told by the tech that he could come out but I was responsible for the cost of the freon as that was not covered by the repair. I waited until the next business day to call the office. They came out and replaced the A Coil. My unit isn't even 5 years old and once again, the A/C was not cooling. I called on a Sunday and received a return call Monday morning at 7:36 am. I was told they could have someone come out in about 30 minutes. I was told I would be responsible for a diagnostic charge as well as any labor fees. I find it odd that every few years the freon leaks and this isn't a defective unit. I was relaying on my "10 year warranty" which appears to be non-existence. The tech didn't show up until an hour LATER than what they said. I received a call stating that the leak was on the filter dryer on one of the solder joints and they would need to remove all the refrigerant from the system and replace it which none if this was covered by the warranty and in addition to the over $100 diagnosis fee, I would have to pay an additional $1000+ for the repair. In speaking with other HVAC professionals these dryer units historically do not fail and certainly not at less than 5 years. I was also told it probably wasn't the A coil that was bad in 2020 when they came out. In 2018, when I paid $10,500 I thought I was purchasing a quality unit with a reputable company and would enjoy years of enjoyment. Unfortunately, neither one of these statements were true. Maybe all these glowing reviews they have are "paid" to get others to fall
Needed 2 new furnace & A/C units. I felt very confident knowing that I was not getting "over sold." All appointments have been on-time! They even called for a follow-up and were on time for that also.

I just got my A/C replaced by Neil and Jake. They were courteous, efficient, and competent. They explained the procedures in a way I could understand and even finished up earlier than I expected! I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Replacement of the whole HVAC system. Great experience with service. Grant was outstanding. He paid attention to the details. Brayden worked really hard during the 2 days.
A1 did a great job with the purchase and installation of our AC/Furance unit. Grant and Jake (the installation team) were easy to work with, courteous and did a great job. Thanks to both of these gentlemen for getting the work don.

Thank You! Thank You So Much for your great work! Grant and Jake A.! I would like to recognize Your excellent quality work and work ethic. Grant and Jake removed the old AC and furnace and installed a new furnace and AC (Lennox) on May 31st. 1. No Trash! Cleanness - From starting to the end of day - leaving, they performed an amazing job! Put a few sheets on their works area, wore shoe covers, and removed all trash completely. I was also impressed by A-1's teamwork and efficiency. Another person came to pick up all the AC/Furnace. 2. Grant explained to me his plan on the Furnace. How he is going to make a change to the furnace/water heater room before begins working. At the end of the day, Grant did a walk-through each step. I was so impressed he wrote key notes on the furnace also, and put a magnet board w/ note on as well. Now, the Furnace/Water Heater room is so organized. Amazing work!!! He also explained about the new AC which is outside. AND also, what is the next step (#2) and what I am supposed to do after Step #2..I liked the "Attention Homeowner" card. 3. Thank You! Jake! for setting the new AC while it was very hot (89 degrees.). Thank you for explaining/showing me how to set "Honeywell Thermostats". Once again! I am so Grateful for the quality work that Grant/Jake A's have given to the AC/Furnace!
I recently had a new furnace and a/c installed and our 20 year system removed. Grant and Brayden did an excellent job and were on time and did a fantastic job throughout the day. Thanks, fellas.....
Grant & Brayden installed a new furnace and AC unit in our home. They did a great job! They showed up on time and completed the work when they said. Awesome job! Would use them again and recommend them to others.

A-1 personnel were extremely professional. Also, they were timely, courteous, and efficient, trying to not inconvenience my family more than necessary.
Neil and Jake were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend these 2 for any service required. They answered all questions and concerns yhat I had and did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. They made me feel like we had been friends for years. Don't look any further for your hvac needs, you will be happy with the results, both cost and service.

We recently had A-1 to our business to perform a check up on our shop a/c units. I was extremely impressed with the service tech that came out. He was very thorough, professional and did a great job explaining what he found. The digital reports with pictures are awesome and build trust and show transparency. Highly recommend A-1!
Paul, Grant and Miguel did a WONDERFUL job installing our new AC and HVAC systems. They were on time, friendly, explained everything very clearly, and spent extra time walking us through how the new system works. We were very impressed. Would definitely recommend A1 to others.
