very good service, from setting up an appointment to the service work. Very thorough and detailed in their work. We had recent service performed by Todd and Brandon, and they were both very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and performed their work thoroughly with attention to detail.
Trever did an excellent job inspecting our (ancient) A/C and provided great insight to help us make decisions on repair versus replacement.
Jeremy was the best! He was courteous and went the extra mile to get us back on track. He explained all our options and was very knowledgeable of his profession. He answered our questions and didn’t try to sell us any more than we needed. I appreciate that.
Jerome and Tom did an excellent job swapping out my furnace and A/C. Great guys had no issues, didn’t stop until the job was done. Highly recommend these two!

AC went out and Star City had some out here within 10mins. And the guy maybe took all of 10mins, to figure out what was wrong and fixed it.
Everything about our experience with Star City was amazing. At first, I had my own idea about purchasing a new A/C and furnace from a store and just having a professional install it, all to save a few bucks. Each person I contacted told me no and pretty much laughed. I didn’t understand why. I contacted Star City through their online form and received a text! How easy?! Sherri, through text, explained how they couldn’t provide warranties on units they don’t provide, how they’re certified experts with their high-quality brands, etc. She was very kind and explanatory. Because of her kindness and education, I decided I wanted to get quotes for an entire system provided by the pros. I set up a time for a quote, all through text. Enter Kent. He was the first person we had over for a quote. First, there was no judgment about my messy house (kids) and my super old system. He was extremely professional. He talked everything out with me, knew exactly what he was talking about and how to answer my questions. He measured and came up with many different options, all based on clear knowledge of their systems and the space requirements so there would be no guesswork for the technicians even though we were working with a very tight space. He went back to his car and brought back a quote with TEN different options! He answered every question we had. It is clear he, as a person, is trustworthy and it gave us a clear indication that the company also operated the same way. We proceeded to get a few more quotes and all I can say is that after our experience with Kent, there was no comparison. One guy pretty much refused to talk to me at all, took a few measurements, but never got me a quote. Another said he would refuse to do it because he “didn’t want his guys to hate him” because of the tight space. Other quotes were lower but not thorough, not explained, nor did they give options we may like to choose from. We called Kent and chose an upper-mid level HE system. He worked with us to
Trevor came out same day I called. He was polite & efficient. We appreciate the fast service on a hot day with no a/c. We would highly recommend Star City & Trevor.

Very frustrating experience! Guess the scheduling part of the company needs to get more organized or needs to follow up with customers… we had an appointment set for Friday morning between 8:30-10:30. Thursday I get a phone call that they aren’t sure they can make it… I was at a dentist appointment and very confused but just said “okay I thought the appointment was Friday…so that’s fine” and she said oh yes I can put you for Friday…at 1pm after waiting all morning I finally called and said “hey do you know when they’d be coming out I can’t just stay home and wait all day it’s already been 3-5 hours past our scheduled “8:30-12:30” and quite frankly I was irritated already at my wasted time. THEN she proceeds to say that “we have no one who can get to you today…due to all the emergency calls so we need to schedule you for July…” okay so I was just going to wait all day and no one even call me??? Needless to say I will not be using this business. Bad first impression. Plus they wouldn’t even quote me on a cleaning for a 2 year old system. “It’ll be $89 to come out but we will have to assess once we get there…” it’s brand new. It just needs a routine cleaning. Funny how the other 3 companies I called could quote me. Obviously if they get in there and find an issue it would be additional.
Brandon was knowledgeable and explained our needs clearly. Patient & polite. Would definitely call Star City again!

New System w Furnace & AC installed by Lance, Dalton, and Brooks early June 2023. Showed up on time & completed entire install by mid afternoon. Very Cordial, friendly, informative & professional. We appreciated the floor runners on both levels of our home w the equipment & necessary traffic to complete the job. Entire new System operational, and we received thorough detail of indoor/outdoor system operations which concluded with detail of operating newly installed thermostat. We have already recommended Star City, and salesperson Abe, when asked by friends who we had for our Home HVAC Services.
Jeremy has done a great job, the person is also very nice, the price is reasonable, and 5 stars 🌟 for Star City.

Apps kept being changed. Finally told at approx 9:45am that Eric would b out in about 16mins. After 1 hr and 15 mins I called and was told that the service request showed that it had been completed. Then told Will would b out and was happy with his service. Getting a/c unit checked has been a mess considering how long ago I made this appt.
