Mark did a terrifc task fixing our toilet and our patio water hose. Both were leaking and it's been so frustrating. Mark was efficient and professional. He gave me several options of repair and helped me select which one worked best for our home.
The work provided by Tad Snowden was exceptional. On time, informative (explained what he was doing and in response to my question about the future of our furnace exactly what the components are and what to look for), and clear on the charges. 110% satisfied—couldn’t be better!
Leonardo was fantastic and repaired several thing identified on our building inspection in addition to fixing the wiring and breaker issue preventing the downstairs heat pump from working. He is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. We would recommend him and On Time Service.

good Performance and Experience! I needed replacement of 35+year old furnace, humidifier, and install of gas line for dryer. Phone staff and work repairman was consistently friendly and helpful. Called one day, service and quote technicians came next day, then amazingly, install was next day! reasonably priced. Had finance options I could afford without breaking the bank! Technicians explained how to operate installs. They removed old units and left area clean. I highly recommend them and am grateful to have a company I can have confidence in for future maintenance. The repairman arrived out on a Sunday and replaced our leaking water heater. They also sent out a water cleanup technician to check for damage to the walls/water or mold damage to the property. Luckily for me, I found the leak and the water was surface level/able to be dried. Both technicians were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. At this time I am satisfied with the work and would recommend them.
Vaughn's plumbing is hands down top notch excellent. No complication is too big or small. I had a drain stoppage from tenants on a holiday 3 day weekend and Vaughn work was able to fix it in a matter of hours after calling. I can't say enough of how good they are.
My water heater had an electrical dilemma right before the labor day weekend began. They fit me in on Friday afternoon and repaired the problem. The repairman was knowledgeable and personable. The price was affordable. I doubt I'll ever call another company to service me out. 5 stars aren't enough to rate my satisfaction.

They were great. The receptionist was excellent I wasn't going to be building on the day they wanted to schedule so she scheduled it on a different day and early day. The workman that arrived was nice and had all the work do e in 2 1/2 hrs. I am pleased.
contacted for work due to ac not cooling. The tech called back in less than fifteen minutes to schedule us for the next day. Less than 5 minutes later they calked and asked if he could come tonight. He had us repaired and cooling fast. In less than 3 hours we were all good again
Ray is AWESOME! After my mother had called two other plumbers, who didn't resolve her issue, I called Ray and I'm pleased I did! Ray contacted me back almost set up an appointment, and arrived promptly. He's knowledgeable and professional. He worked resolved the problem within an hour, and charged a more than reasonable price. Ray also cleaned while he worked (that's not common)! I recommend Ray and who's now my go
My home is almost 20 years old with the original water heater. I decided to get a preventive upgrade to a tankless system. Matt arrived out and explained they would need to do. Neal, in the office, answered all of the questions I thought of after Matt left. They gave me quotes for 2 sized tanks and the tankless I ended up going with. Daniel and Allen showed up on time and finished a little early. They were neat, professional and quiet. I have ZERO complaints. They rerouted water, gas, electrical, and venting. And took my old tank. Endless hot showers plus a little more room in the basement!
