Brian came to our home few weeks ago when our AC quit he came within a Hour of calling we are disabled and I'm a heart patient we had to order a new compressor Brian was amazing caring and new his job well . Today Eric showed up first thing this morning and installed new compressor. Incredibly professional fast and one of the nicest service ppl we've met I highly recommend Harleys for your repair work they earned our respect and any future service work we need...
A neighbor referred me to Harley's. I have met with the owner and four technicians, had annual maintenance done on my rental and a new A/C system installed in my primary residence. Everyone, including the office manager, have all been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Erik and Alex were the best I couldn't have been any happier with their performance and I was in construction for 55 years. I have dealt with many people. Good company with good people! Harley's is absolutely one of the best companies in Lincoln. The staff that answer the phones & set up appointments are very accommodating, friendly, and promptly return calls. The technicians are excellent. Kudos to Eric. His expertise with addressing a recent concern was beyond exceptional. I highly recommend this company!

The prompt responsiveness, fair quote, excellent communication, timely installation, good product, and high quality assurance demonstrates their above average customer service. And the business is family owned and operated so they understand all aspects of the business. I have used large contractors/service providers and been beyond disappointed in all aspects of the product or service. I trust this locally owned company and would highly recommend.
I called Harley's up to get a cleaning of my dryer vent. They quoted me and it was very reasonable, if not cheaper, than everybody else that I spoke with. Eric S. showed up on time (a little early which I always appreciate) and was very friendly and professional. He did the job in about 45 minutes and told me everything that he did as well as cleaned up the area completely. I will definitely use this company next time I need to get the dryer cleaned out. Highly recommend!

Our heat went out in the middle of the night. We called Harley's first thing the next morning and they were there within the hour. We ended up needing a new system and they were able to get it and have it installed the next day. We have used Harley's since we bought our first house in 1996 and have had nothing but great service.
Furnace was blowing cold air on occasion. Very easy to sign up for a time on their website. Pricing was mostly clear. Great communication about arrival times! HVAC pro was on time, clean and neat. They let me know about the general state of affairs of my heater, made my options very clear, was not pushy at all. All in all a great experience, and I look forward to calling them for my summer maintenance!
Harley's sent over two techs since they were running late; they were efficient, skilled and polite. We've used them for years and recommended them.
Randy was outstanding coming at 11:30pm to keep us all from being cold through the night. He had us fixed up in no time.
